Log;Little Lost Kitten

Umehito, the young master of the Nekozawa family. He always loved the darkness, but his little sister Kirimi hated it. He always prayed to the make-shift altar in his room that she would one day love the darkness as he did. But, alas, it hasn't worked yet. So he decided, with help from the Ouran Host Club, to become a prince. It...didn't work. But he wanted to try again. Try to be the prince Kirimi saw him as. He looked to Beelezneff and the orange cat puppet nodded. He took in a deep breath, let it out, then the cat turned a flashligh on in Nekozawa's face. He endured it for a moment, but then screeched and ducked away from it. "I can't take the Evil Beam!" he exclaimed as Beelezneff turned the flashlight off. "I'll have to take it a little at a time..." He sat on his bed and thought for a moment of something he could do. After a few minutes he held up his arm and looked at the black cloak's sleeve. "My cloak..." He looked to the clock. The sun wouldn't be up for hours. He took a deep breath again then put Beelezneff on an empty chair. "Stay here, Beelezneff," he said solemnly to the little puppet. "I will be back."

He turned his back to Beelezneff and went to his closet. All that was in there were several Ouran uniforms, several cloaks, and...one particular outfit in the back. It was the prince outfit he wore for his portrait. The one Kirimi adored. The one the sparkled in the light. It lookd beautiful in candlelight and moonlight especially. The dim light of the candles illuminated only the most precious details. The moonlight gave it a wonderful royal blue color along with the gold trimmings. And the cape; it was like his cloak, only red. A hood had been sewn into it especially for his needs. He took the outfit out of the closet and admired it himself. "I will get used to wearing this," he muttered to himself. "Kirimi will see me in this and not be afraid anymore..." He quickly took off his cloak and looked over how to put his prince attire on before taking off his school uniform.

It took him about half an hour, but he got it on. It felt heavyaround his shoulders where the armored shoulders were, but other wise it was comfortable. He walked over to the mirror and looked at himself, spinning around to see the whole thing. He smiled then put the boots on. It was complete. He looked to his door for a few moments then finally got up the courage to walk out into the hallway with only his candellabra with him. He had to leave Beelezneff. A prince wouldn't carry around a silly puppet. He prayed silently to the cats that his family worshipped before walking down the hall. He was used to the dark, but the hallway was brightly lit by the moon and candles. He put the hood of his cape up and continued down the hall. "It's too bright, even at night," he mumbled with a frown. As he walked towards a part of the house he hadn't explored thoroughly, the hall suddenly went pitch black. He noticed and looked up. "Wha...?" He appreciated the darkness but this was very spooky, even for him. But he continued on, knowing that princes were brave and handsome men! After what seemed like hours of walking down the hall he heard the soft and almost inaudible sound of a clock.

Tick tock...tick tock...

He saw a door at the end of the hall and opened the door to a carnival. He walked through the door, curiousity getting the best of him. He then jumped as he heard the door slam and looked behind him. There was no door there. No hallway. No wall.

Where...am I?

((OOC:I'm a noob when it comes to LJ. ; _ ;))
