Log; Ongoing

When; November 6th, early afternoon.
Rating; PG for now~
Characters; Satchi [livejournal.com profile] ephemeric and Yuuto [livejournal.com profile] prettywithawhip
Summary; Oh, just a long-awaited meeting~
Log;

Satchi hates waiting, even if only for a few minutes. There is a certain anxiety one feels when waiting because of that tiny possibility that whatever one is waiting for might never come. This time, the anxiety that she feels is a little more unpleasant than usual, but she finds herself already waiting for more than five minutes. How strange.

If it were another person, she would have left the place a few minutes ago and forget about ever knowing him. It wouldn't matter that she is the one who came early and not him who is late. When Satchi feels like leaving, she will leave with no regards to the other person's feelings.

She feels like leaving now, but she doesn't.

Still five more minutes before the appointed time, she will wait for him for a few more minutes, and maybe a few more. She giggles to herself while leaning forward and stirring her cup of coffee. Satchi feels giddy, like a girl on her first ever date.

He seemed to be running a little late, indeed. Though, one could hardly blame him for attempting to ease the restless water's mind. The water really did like him, and, of course, it seemed to worry about this meeting of his with Satchi. Hardly anything he could blame the water for - it did have a tendency to fret often for him. Of course, with all its worries, it has delayed him a bit.

Never mind that the designated time was ten minutes away when he finally approached the door. He had wanted to be early, as a nicety of sorts, and it was only fitting for meeting with a lady. Sighing in mild chiding to himself, he pushed the door open and looked about for the other. He had only needed a moment to spot her - and he had, in fact, been beaten. "I apologise for being late, Satchi-chan," he called to her while he approached the table. "Something delayed me a bit."

His initial reaction to being grabbed so suddenly was a blank look of surprise, but he quickly went with it and smiled graciously. She was friendly, at least, and that always was a bonus. Especially when one was running late, as it were. All the niceties one could receive were of tremendous benefit. Benefit for what, though, still had to be determined.

"I had to reassure a friend of my safety, is all, Satchi-chan," he replied as honestly as possible. Briefly, he wondered if the water would respond while in someone else's company - the only other times that had happened, however, had been in Satsuki's and Kanoe's companionship. Not too big of a deal between comrades. His arm slipped from Satchi's hold so that he could pull out a chair from the nearest table for her. Niceties mattered more than one thought. "Shall we sit? It wouldn't do to stand a moment longer."

[ooc: SORRY ABOUT THIS. *headdesk* LJ just now sent me the notification about the reply. I ought to shoot it.]
