Log: Ongoing
When; Sometime over the weekend, I guess. D=
Rating; PG-13 (for now)
Characters; Mars
pineapple_pimp and Sarah Sanderson
blondesiren1692
Summary; Feeling drained (and lonely), Mars pays a visit to Sarah for some potion.
Log;
Part of his mind was cursing for being so weak, the other half was saying 'WOMAN. FLIRTING. AFFECTION. WANT.' and unfortunately for Mars, the latter was winning. Generally, he wasn't fond of women... or atleast fangirls. He never really got the chance to meet any strong women like Sarah and Rangiku. And with all the drama happening in the city lately, a little escape from reality would be greatly appreciated.
Being the only Chojin in this city, the lack of wrestling, keeping in shape, and his favorite free-time.. "activity" had made Mars emotionally and physically drained. And the fact that he had suffered a horrible death back in his world had been rather traumatizing. He wasn't sure if he was dead or not, and the thought bothered him. He had requested an energy potion from the tantalizing witch and was willing to agree to any means of payment.
The bird had made his way through the city and was now in the forest. It was a nice get away from all the lights and noise. Although, he wasn't sure exactly where Sarah lived, her name, or what the 'big animals' were that she had mentioned. Mars shuddered as a gust of wind blew past him, causing him to 'ruffle' up(like a little bird. Aww.) and wrap his coat tightly around himself. Oh, how he hated cold weather and winter. Why he continued to wear his wrestling outfit was a mystery.
I really need to shop for some warmer clothes.
He looked around the woods, hoping to find Sarah's home soon.

"Oh Ma-ars~" she cooed in her best hypnotic sing-song voice. "Over here, handsome." She grinned as she waited expectantly for him to come out through the trees. It had been quite some years since she had been with a man, being dead and all for one thing. For another, she had only been able to get in a few kisses when she had been brought back, although the temptation to leave Wini and Mary to deal with those brats and grab Billy so they could go off and have some...fun (Billy being an animated zombie or no), she couldn't. The need to be young and beautiful forever took over that need, but now she felt a smug sort of satisfaction. She was alive, her sister's weren't, and now one of the most handsome men she had ever seen was coming to visit her.
"Come on, love...don't be shy," she called again, her tone flirtatious.

The large Chojin adjusted the collar on his coat and shivered, quickly walking over to her. He just hoped his own appearance and size wouldn't make the witch uncomfortable.
"Miss, er.. I never got your name?.."
no subject
"Very impressive," she smirked, giving him a once-over. She tilted her head slightly at the sight of his bird-like feet. Huh. He must be some sort of demon...yes, of course! That explains a lot, she thought. The demons she and her sisters had contact with were all devilishly handsome (although not as handsome as this man in front of her) and each sister had at least taken one demon lover to her bed. Yes, the Sanderson sisters were known for their witchcraft and the stealing of children, but they were also renowned for their other activities as well.
"Follow me then, if you would like your potion?" She inquired. She had no problem giving him the potion first. If he tried to make a run for it, she had ways of making him stay....when you made a deal with a witch, you didn't get out of it so easily. But then, she could sense his attraction for her, and it instilled her with a sense of pride and a thrill of anticipation.

He stood back up and reached into his coat pocket, "Of course. And I'll give yous a little extra for da payment.." The Chojin pulled a small wad of money out of his pocket. Even if he wasn't in his world, he was able to access his bank account somehow.
"It's the least I can do for ya. I'm sure you weren't expecting me to be so big, huh?" Mars said in a playful manner, "And I know yous said you needed some money."
no subject
Sarah accepted the money with a smile, tucking it into her bodice. "Thank you, Mars. This will definitely help pay for food." Most women would protest at the sight of money, believing that it meant they were a prostitute, but Sarah didn't care. The game she had managed to catch and the plants she had stewed weren't very good. Animals, having that sixth sense of being able to tell when a person was a bit off, avoided her living area completely, which helped contribute to the eerie silence. The food she had managed to make to get by wasn't very nourishing, and she would need a fair supply of it to get her by during the times when she couldn't catch anything decent. She could always turn one of the play things into an animal, but she doubted that would go over well with the rest of the City.
"I'm sure your height isn't all that's big about you," she teased right back, giving him a suggestive wink. "If you'll follow me, I'll get you your potion." She led him to her front door, and added, "you might want to duck to get through here." She led him into her cottage. A large black cauldron sat simmering in the center of the room, the fireplace was lit, and seated on the table by one of the windows was Sarah's - once Wini's - book, its single eye closed. Different herbs and items used for magic were hung on the walls and from the ceiling, and her broom sat patiently in one corner.
"Make yourself comfortable," she told him. "And I will fetch your potion for you."

"I couldn't just let ya starve out here." He replied, smiling, which quickly turned into a grin. "Heheh.. Yous look like a strong woman, I think you can handle me."
He crouched over as he entered the house, making sure not to bump his head or knock anything over with the top point of his headdress. The Chojin looked around the room and already felt content. It was so warm and cozy, although a bit gloomy but he didn't mind.
"You think da chair'll support my weight?" He asked, scratching at his cheek. The last thing he wanted to do was wreck Sarah's lovely home.

Sarah crossed the room to pick out a vial, humming to herself as she did so. "..How long have you been here?" She asked, trying to strike up conversation. She approached the cauldron carefully, peering over the edge to see its contents. It looked like it needed to simmer for just a few more minutes, and then it would be finished.
"This just needs to heat up a bit more, and it should be good to go."
no subject
He rested his hand against his cheek and closed his eyes for a few moments, "I kinda hate it here. I'm all alone and hardly know anyone. It's so different from my world. Hell, I should actually be dead right now. I died back in my world an' wound up here." He opened his eyes and looked at Sarah, "And now dat it's practically winter, I'm even more miserable den I wus before."
no subject
"Winters are always so cold..." Sarah's voice trailed off as she examined the contours of his face. Yes, he was unlike any man she had ever met before. He was damn well near perfect. "....but I can warm them up for you." She grinned suggestively, turning from him to go back to the cauldron.
no subject
He opened his eyes again as Sarah walked back to the cauldron and smirked, "I'd like dat a lot. Yous already got me all warm'n tingly."

She approached the cauldron, the potion glowing yellow, and the broiling steam from it looked like gold. "...to help the potion with its strength, I add my cunning witch's tongue," she murmured, and neatly bit a tiny piece of her tongue off, spitting it into the potion. The mixture churned, and the light grew stronger, intensifying. Sarah dipped the vial into the concoction, filling it to the rim, and as she went to go get a cap for it, the light began to diminish.
She returned to Mars' side and handed him the potion with a small curtsy. "There you are, Mars. One energizing potion. Don't ask what's in it, because you might not like it~" she warned, tsking her finger at him playfully. "You can take that now, and I will fill up a bigger jar for you to take with you. I suggest no more than one swallow. Any more might make you..." She eyed his muscles longingly. ".....well, it just might make you a bit more full of adrenaline to the point where if you stop moving your heart will explode. And that wouldn't be any fun, would it?"
Sarah left his side once more, picking up a large jar from one of the shelves, returning to the potion, filling it up, and putting yet another cap on it. She placed it on the table with a triumphant smile. She had made this potion all on her own, and she was sure she had done it right. She could handle this City without her sisters. Most definitely.

The bird glanced at the vial, then back at Sarah, looking concerned. "Is your tongue okay? Oh, and thanks for da warning." The last thing he wanted to do was to kill himself here as well.
"Er.. one gulp? I can swallow a lot.. so I dunno how much I should take.." He was becoming a bit nervous now. Wrestling was one thing, magic was another, and he had never dealt with magic and potions before. "Maybe like 1 table spoon?"
no subject
She gave him a thoughtful look. She hadn't considered that aspect....he was awfully big, and so his dosage might be a bit different from others. "I would say..." She tapped her finger against her chin thoughtfully. "A tablespoon and a half. That should be right." If it wasn't, then....well. She wouldn't be getting any in quite some time.
no subject
"Well.. wish me luck." He smiled nervous as he held up the vial, then drank about 1/3 of the potion.
It took a few minutes for him to feel any effect. He clutched the arms of the chair tightly, wincing. He felt his muscles begin to fluctuate, much like when he used his Mask of Madness. The Chojin tossed his head back and roared, his eyes turning red for a moment as his body slowly got used to the intense energy. He quickly stood up, panting heavily and clenching his fists, the adrenaline rushing through his entire body.
"Heheh.." Mars snorted, "I haven't felt dis good in ages!" He grinned, flexing his arms and chest. The potion had worked perfectly and from the looks of his tights, Sarah was going to be getting her reward very soon.
no subject
"That means it's working," she replied slyly, taking a couple of steps forward, trying hard not to stare at him - ALL of him. "....want to test it out?" She gave him a sly smile, and could feel the bats fluttering around in her stomach. She knew what would come next, and damn, was she looking forward to it. Being celibate for four hundred years was not fun.

"I hate ta' ruin da moment but you'll have ta' tell me where your bedroom is though."
no subject
The bedroom itself, was, indeed, a modest size. Instead of questionable objects hanging from the ceiling in this room, there were dried and blooming flowers alike. Shards of stained glass hung together in the window to create a rainbow of colors on the bed, and a black cat lay leisurely on the windowsill, fast asleep. A lavender quilt adorned the bed itself, and Sarah cast the same weight-resistant spell she had done for the chair upon it. The bed was definitely going to need it.

He cleared his throat and set Sarah down onto the bed, then removed his headdress, finally exposing his black, feathery hair, which was tied back into a ponytail. He sat down as well and pulled the witch onto his lap, smiling contently and gazing into her eyes.

When a man gazed into her eyes like the way Mars was doing, she always felt a bit weaker. It was the same thing that had happened with Billy when Wini first brought him home. As soon as she had made eye contact with him, and he looked at her the way Mars was doing at this moment, she knew she had to have him. He obviously had felt the same way, or else he wouldn't have risked Winifred's anger the way he had. Either way, Mars was making her feel a bit weak, but in a good way. At the same time, she wanted to claim him as her own, but knew it was impossible on a first...date, if one wanted to call it this. No, she would wait and see where the winds took them.
"Your hair is so pretty," she purred, reaching out to touch the feathery locks. They were silky to the touch and it felt good on her fingers. "I always liked a man with long hair," she smiled at him.

"You're a sweet vulture, you know that?" She commented. It wasn't meant to be an insult; as a witch (and a blonde) her compliments were twisted and strange, to say in the least. It didn't matter to her, she made them anyway.
Slowly, she moved her hand down to stroke his cheek and tilt his head so she could look at him. "I'm going to kiss you now," she told him, and did just as she promised, her lips finding his.

Mars smiled and gently kissed her, wrapping his strong arms around her waist and holding her close. She was so small and delicate looking, he hoped he wouldn't hurt her.
