Summary; Luke tries to cheer Mars up and they go Christmas shopping.

Luke stretched and yawned as he walked through the streets automatically walking around one of the strange moving, talking, perverted plushies when he happened upon one. Weird as they were it was a relief. They didn’t seem threatening in any way really, and they were, no matter how sentient, dolls. Even the meeker girls in the City should find little trouble dealing with them. And well if he looked at them from Tear’s point of view they were kind of cute.
And then she’d probably clutch one to her rather ample bosom, and both parties would be well and happy.
Luke pulled his the coat that Mars had given him closer to his body. He felt a bit strange walking around like this. The added warmth of the coat he appreciated but although he had other clothes he was not used to them. At all. But his pants had been rendered bare strips the day before thanks to those strange shadowy things (which Tear would probably also find cute) so he had little choice. And it wasn’t a big deal, even if it made him a little twitchy and uncomfortable. Instead of focusing on that now he could actually enjoy the snow falling, even the lonely ticking of the unseen clock couldn’t deter that.
He’d never visited Mars, though he talked to the large wrestler often enough, but it wasn’t difficult to find people’s homes in this city as long as they lived in one of the tall buildings.
