Log;
Fakir paced outside the Opera Abandoned, his new Christmas gift, a sword from Cobray, shaking slightly in his small hand. Rue was scared and trapped all alone and he wanted to help her! But the dark-haired boy knew he couldn't do it alone. He was glad his new friends had agreed to help! Together, they could definitely find Rue and rescue her!
Fakir turned hopeful green eyes forward and waited for the crew to arrive, silently begging them to hurry.

"OI! FAKIR!" Both hands high in the air, Luffy yelled his swordman's name on the top of his lungs. If he was deteremined to rescue someone, Luffy sure didn't look the part as he ran across the street with a grinning smile on his cheeks.

"Luffy!" he called out in return. "I'm so glad you came! We gotta hurry!" Fakir paused a moment and blinked, looking beyond the ecstatic boy for any traces of the others, and turned his eyes back to the young pirate captain. He raised one eyebrow at the bright grin that was beaming back at him before inquiring, "Where's the rest of the crew?"

"Dunno." Moving passed him, he began to jog in place, ready for more action. "You wannna wait for them?"

She pushed herself to run a little further, even if it made her sandals all dirty. But Kairi would probably understand after Namine told her she saved someone.
"Fakir?" she called when she saw a boy pacing in front of the Opera House. "I'm here."

"We should wait," Fakir stated with finality, resting the tip of his sword on the ground. "We can't do this alone. We have to do it together! That's what a crew does!"

Sure, they were just playing pretend, but all of this was 100 percent real to him. Friendship was real and the danger, he was sure, was real too, but with them all together, they'd pull through. He knew it.

However, he was going to be a Pirate King, and if that was so, he would have to remain loyal to his crew. A friend of a member of his crew was in danger...and that meant, whether he liked it or not, he had to go and rescue her from whatever held her captive.
He joined the group of children and conjured a small crystal in his right hand. "Who are we looking for?" he asked. "I can try and see where she is in this." His magic hadn't really been working so well that day, but he could do it. He had to be able to!

Inwardly Fakir hoped Rue could hold on a little longer. All of his friends would make it soon and they would all go and rescue her together!
"As soon as everyone is here, we'll go and save Rue!" He stated confidently, punctuating the declaration by thrusting his sword into the air, then blinked and looked about. "...Who are we still missing?"

But she had to be brave and help Fakir out, especially because he was one of her new friends after Kitty and Faye had grown up.
"Luffy's here, and we are too," she said, thinking. "I think Jareth is coming too...?"

The corridors were dark, the only illumination Rue had were torches that hung on the murky walls. If her memory worked perfectly, she would remember Erik and herself installing some traps after the Pyramid Head incidents, sadly she did not recall the tricks or the directions she should be taking to exit the maze-like room.
Tired from wandering aimlessly, the small Princess straightened her black tutu and collapsed on the floor. Tears welled up her red eyes and, as Fakir had suggested, she started to yell.
“Help! Please! Help me out of here!”

He was a little wary of this kid, considering how reluctant the boy was to help in the first place. But help was help, and Fakir wasn't about to complain.
"Her name is Rue," he replied, peering curiously at the crystal object in the Goblin King's grip. "...Is that magic?"
Honestly, Fakir couldn't help but be a little impressed if the kid could use magic, like the sorcerers in the storybook fairytales. Sorcerers and magic-weilding wizards were very powerful!

Turning back to his three companions, he pointed his sword at the entrance of the Opera House. "I think I heard her voice!" the small knight cried out in alarm. "She could be in trouble! Let's go and find her before something really bad happens!"
no subject
"It's no good." With a frustrated hmmph!, he made the crystal disappear as easily as he'd conjured it. "All I can see is dark."
Why weren't his powers working right? He was a Goblin King, a really, really talented Fae...things were supposed to do what he wanted without question. His ego was going to suffer a massive blow unless he could turn this around into something positive.
"Unless she's in the dark?" he asked hopefully. "...Otherwise, it's just not working."
((OOC: I gotta go. ;_; You guys can godmod Jareth along with you if necessary.))

"What are you waiting for?" A smirk emcompassed his face as he ran in place for a little while before pumping a fist into the air. "Let's go!"
no subject
"Namine! Jareth! Are you guys ready?" he called out, following Luffy's short lead to the entrance. "We're coming, Rue!"
The young knight hoped nothing had happened to the stranded princess. Even if there were times they hadn't gotten along, they were friends now. And he would protect his friends at all costs!
[ ooc: No problem! :D I think we can wait. ^^ It'll be more fun with more people, anyway. XD Namine-mun, Rue-mun, are you okay with that? ]
