When: Yesterday afternoon
Rating: Mm... let's say PG-13/soft R for violence and swearing.
Characters: Larxene and Xigbar
Summary: Larxene challenges Xigbar to a fight she'll end up regretting.
Log: Round and round... Larxene found herself riding the carousel again, standing up holding onto one of the gaudily colored horses with one hand and zapping black butterflies with the other.
Seriously, what was up with the butterflies? They weren't Heartless, she could sense that, but they definitely weren't normal... another city thing.

"Boo."

A voice came from behind the Savage Nymph. One that she would know oh so well, in fact. If she turned around, she would see a topaz eye giving her a golden glare, and a trademark smirk that she would remember from her past and beyond. An upside down gloved hand gave a small wave towards her, the smirk turning into a small grin.

It was Freeshooter; Xigbar, doing one of his gravity tricks again, which was standing upside down in the air.

"Right. You called me for what now, princess?" asked Freeshooter, raising, or otherwise lowering, a brow. If it was for nothing, Xigbar would leave. He wasn't interested when there isn't anything to do. He'd rather have that alcohol the Colonel introduced to him a few days ago. It tasted nice.

"I'm bored." Larxene turned around, grinning at him with a malicious glitter in her green-blue eyes. "Entertain me."

Entertain her? What a fun and funny thought. Xigbar gave a small sigh, shrugging his shoulders a bit as he stretched his arms. Grabbing the two golden blonde bangs that made Larxene remind him of a grasshopper, the sniper immediately gave a long, hard tug on each. He snickered as he twirled it in single digits of his gloved hand. Freeshooter loved annoying people. Most especially if they were either: A) On his blacklist; B) Annoying; C) Traitors; D) Just there. The Savage Nymph was all four of the choices, so it increased the supposed euphoria he was feeling right at this moment.

"How's this for entertainment?" Xigbar smirked, knowing all too well what the answer was. Someone literally trying to pull a handful of hair off isn't exactly what people would call pleasure of pain, unless they were just that sick.

"Actually, I was thinking more of me hurting you," Larxene sang, twisting away. She pulled out a handful of kunais- from hammerspace, probably, who knows- and turned back around, slipping into her battle stance. "These butterfly things are just too easy to be a good fight, you know?"

Him, Freeshooter, used for target practice by a snotty princess-wannabe?

As if.

With a small snap of his fingers, Xigbar immediately placed a gravity hold on Larxene. Not only would she be stuck sitting on a plastic white pony until he said so, but she simply couldn't move. The only things she could do were talk and move her head. Hey, Xigbar had to show some sympathy to the traitor, didn't he? No, not really. The sniper would freeze her head later, just for the fun of it. Oh, how he loved his power of gravity manipulation. Xigbar owned when it came to it.

"What was that?" mocked the gunsman.

From the neck down, force wrapped her in a crushing hand- it was hard to breathe deeply, and pretty much impossible to move. What a pain.
"Hey hey, can't we have a fair fight here?" Larxene asked, dripping with false sweetness. "You're no fun at all, Xiggy~"
Without the use of her hands, she couldn't even zap him. This wasn't the way it was supposed to go!

"Xiggy" gave her a mocking grin before he twirled in the air, landing on top of one of the carousel's horses' head with his booted feet. It was fun for his side, and he loved it. Laughing, he removed the gravitational hold from Larxene's body, giving her freedom. Yes, Freeshooter can do it without giving magnificent hand gestures. It was natural for the gunsman, being more experienced that is. Especially in the field.

"Ok, when do we start?" he yawned as a hand called out a gun from the darkness. A clicking sound was heard, meaning he was ready to shoot.

"Now." Larxene flung a knife at him, aiming for the chest again because she could get away with it with a fellow Nobody.
... well, okay, there were still lungs there, but the City resurrected people anyway.

Pain. He actually felt pain. Xigbar looked down, feeling the sharp dagger stab his chest. Twitching, he took it out with a hand. The sniper gave it a small, pleasant swirl before be suddenly teleported right behind Larxene. There he raised his gun, having a point blank range of Larxene's back. The gunsman pulled the trigger, black blood splattering all over him after he shot the princess.

"You're slow for lightning, you know." said Xigbar.

"Fucken..." Larxene gritted her teeth and spun around, slashing at him with three knives held between her fingers.
Oh shit did he hit anything important? she wondered, but she couldn't focus on the pain right now. That's how Sora beat her. Anyway, Nobodies healed faster than normal people.

Xigbar rolled his eyes, teleporting once again from the apathetic princess' view to her blind spot again. He raised a leg, kicking her roughly by her lower back. The Freeshooter snickered, very much humored by this supposed fight. Larxene was supposed to be lightning - fast - but sadly, Xigbar was the fastest among the thirteen. Pwnage.

"I can do that too," Larxene snarled. She teleported behind him and... well, to put it bluntly, kicked him between the legs. "Fight fair" wasn't in her vocabulary, even though she used it a few tags ago.

"… BITCH." yelled Freeshooter as he held his now-painful crotch with a hand. That said, Xigbar sat on the carousel horse for a moment, groaning. He was a man, and that was man's weak spot. Pleasure spot, but weak spot. It was a pain, literally and non-literally. Larxene would deal with a very, very pissed off gunsman in just a moment.

And that moment was over.

Xigbar froze Larxene in place, holding the kunai that was once stabbed in his chest. He teleported several times around the Savage Nymph, sending several stabs and scars all around the lightning-wielder's body.

Even knowing she couldn't just break out of a gravity hold like that, Larxene struggled. How could she not? She hated it when she was defenseless.
As soon as Xigbar let her go, she teleported away from him and shot a jagged stab of lightning towards the gunner. Teleported behind and slashed at him. Across the carousel, to think for a moment. If she kept blinking away before he could hit her again... The tactic worked on Sora (somewhat), anyway- teleport, stab, teleport, zap, teleport, slash, rinse and repeat. That would work. She flashed back to his side, stabbed him in the thigh, and basically continued this rampage for a minute because DC doesn't know how to describe battle scenes. :D!

She hit his thigh. Of all the places, why his thigh?!

Now Xigbar wasn't just going to hurt her. He was going to maim her. Immediately, the gunsman teleported once again, reappearing right above the blonde patch of hair that Larxene had. Grabbing a handful of the golden strands with a gloved hand, Freeshooter teleported right outside the carousel, just a few inches from above the ground. With a twist in the air, he immediately slammed the Savage Nymph on the ground, face first. Luckily, he didn't use gravity with it. Otherwise, her bones would be dust by now.

"Ngh..." Larxene picked herself up again, swaying slightly on her feet. "Thundaga, bitch..." She called down a maelstrom of lightning on him.

Xigbar froze for a moment, soothing himself from the awful thunder shock he received from the Savage Nymph. So she was still good, and of course, in a sense, he expected no less from a princess like Larxene. He straightened up, half-recovered form the Thundaga cast upon him. He staggered towards Larxene, the stray kunai still in his hand. He knew what to do with bad girls like her. Without waving his hand, he froze the apathy queen in place, and made sure she wouldn't wiggle out of it this time.

Things were going to get bloodier.

Ah, fuck, not again! Larxene concentrated, trying to summon her lightning without any accompanying motions- she was pretty sure she could do it, but she hadn't tried, honestly.
It worked, a little. The most the bolt she called could probably do was stun and sting a little, but now that she'd done it once she could do it again better.

He just shook the little bolt off. It was nothing, really. Larxene would have a lot of trouble trying to do what Xigbar could do, without waving a hand and all. It was simple when you get used to it, but Freeshooter wouldn't tell a soul how to. He was like that, trying, or becoming, the best in all. It was laughable when people tried it.

In what seemed to have been a flash, Xigbar stabbed her a few times here and there.

Larxene glared at him. She couldn't move, but she was pretty sure that as soon as she could she was just going to fall over anyway. Light, this was embarrassing.

Freeshooter could only grin at the art he made. A bloodied apathetic princess, he called it as he licked the black blood off the gold and emerald dagger. It wasn't as tasty as the crimson elixir others bled, but it was fine, even though he preferred red over black anytime. With a snap of his fingers, the gunsman removed the gravitational hold, only to send the blonde Nobody flying.

"Thanks for the entertainment." said Xigbar, grinning.

"Fuck you," Larxene muttered, turning her head slightly to scowl at him before blacking out.

Edit: Well, when we were writing the log, you did say change it to "a few jabs here and there" after I pointed out I didn't want her to outright die. :) Was just breaking my brain over the original line so I put that edit in.
