Log;

The kagetsukai woke up to the dull ticking in his head and the sun streaming from his window. A quick glance to the nearest clock told him that it was beyond late. He'd conveniently slept away the first half of the day. Tatsumi was reluctant to rise though - hadn't he woken up early enough?! -- and only did when he began feeling the beginnings of a headache. A slight throb. With a loud curse, he rose from his bed and blearily looked around his room. If the ticking in his head was any indication, his hot blond temporary companion had already left.

That was a pity since he was feeling particularly keen on getting some exercise today.

It was already noon, and Yuuto had really been a bit busy with some early shopping already. The wonders of retail therapy, so it seemed. However, the fruits of such therapy were a pleasure to behold - a slew of fine silk ties, sweet chocolates, new linens, and a manner of other high-quality goods lie within his arms before he set them down on the table within the kitchen area. Perhaps, he wondered, Tatsumi also would appreciate such things, and certainly, if anything there was something he wanted, he wouldn't permit the other from having his share.

"Tatsumi-san," he called through the room. Surely Tatsumi was there - after all, the dull ticking had ceased and Tatsumi hadn't been up before he himself was. An oddity in and of itself, now that he thought on it. "Are you awake now?" After a moment's pause, he began to unpack the things in the variously-coloured shopping bags and place the goods on the table. Surely Tatsumi would soon wake up, and he certainly hoped that was the case - he really didn't wish to wake the other man up.

The shadows informed Tatsumi of Yuuto's pending arrival well before the ticking had stopped. He waited for a while, just lounging, on his bed until he heard the blond's voice asking if he was awake.

"I'm awake..." he said, drawling slightly before getting off the bed and heading towards the door. He didn't bother with clothing - they were both men, after all, what was there to hide? Of course, he was hiding the fact that he wanted something out of the blond today, but who was to know? It certainly wasn't going to show on his skin as a telltale mark.

"You shopped, Yuuto? How thoughtful." He leaned against the doorway and folded his arms as he smirked.

For a moment, Yuuto paused and stared at Tatsumi - it was simply unavoidable, but not merely because he was naked. There was more than simply something off with Tatsumi today, and for a moment, he really couldn't place it. Smiling a little hesitantly, he continued about with his work and pulled out a large tin of fine truffles before displaying them admirably with a grin. "I hope you do like chocolate, Tatsumi-san," he mumbled as he set them down. "Do help yourself to anything I have here, won't you?"

Tatsumi just wasn't himself, maybe. He mulled over that as he stared at the label of a tin of tea. Or was something larger at work behind it all?

Grinning amusedly -- Yuuto was suddenly so adorable -- Tatsumi covered the distance between him and the blond with long, confident steps. He reached out and, with his fingers, gently tilted Yuuto's head upwards so the blond would face him. And then he smiled. If he could have seen himself and been in his right mind the moment he smiled, he would have made a comment of how more like the good doctor's that smile was than his.

" Like chocolate? I love chocolate, Yuuto. Do you?" He let his voice dip into a seductively low tone when he uttered the question.

Yuuto had to pause when Tatsumi came so, so close to him. And touched him so uninhibitedly. He frowned a little, tempted to stay there, but he pulled away quickly and proceeded with his task at hand. After all, didn't everything need to be in its proper place?  With that in mind, he took a few tins of canned fruit and walked to the cupboards.

"Yes, I do, Tatsumi-san," he continued as he busied himself with rearranging a few things in the cupboards. "I didn't want to wake you when I left - otherwise, I'd have asked if you wanted to join me in a little shopping." Though now, he wondered if he should have even said such a thing. Would Tatsumi take that the wrong way? He hoped not....

"Shopping would have been nice -" Suddenly, Tatsumi leaned forward, hands reaching once more for the blond's chin. Gently, Tatsumi tilted the blond's face to face him again before kissing the edge of the other's lips lightly. He whispered playfully into Yuuto's ears as he pulled away. "I do that a lot on my own though."

If Yuuto could summon the will, he would have forced the shell-pink colour forming on his face while Tatsumi remained so close. He wasn't expecting any of this interaction, and he certainly wasn't expecting Tatsumi to invade his personal space with such carefree insistence. With a small, nervous chuckle, he turned his back to Tatsumi and continued to bustle about the kitchen. It seemed as though it was hot all of a sudden, and that thought in mind, he removed his tan coat and set it atop a chair. He still was hot, but he wasn't going to remove more clothing beyond his own vest and trousers outfit.

"Are you all right, Tatsumi-san?" he asked, looking over his shoulder to the other with a look of concern. It was a possibility that he was ill... again.

Yuuto was terribly amusing, he seemed so shy suddenly. Tatsumi was well aware of the blond's attraction to him, it just struck him odd that now, when he was set to indulge the other's desires, Yuuto was... reluctant? He couldn't resist chuckling when he thought of that. "I'm fine, Yuuto. For sure." He walked up behind the blond and quiet placed his hand just above the other's hip. "You're not worried, are you?"

"You seem ill..." Yuuto's eyes widened significantly when he felt a hand right on his hip. It wasn't the act in and of itself - after all, he had been in his fair share of similar situations and rarely even turned the colour of a sakura petal. Rather, the context of the situation was enough to give pause. Tatsumi certainly wasn't acting like himself, and he was wondering now if there were something he needed to do to reassure nothing bad came of it all. He paused a moment, unwilling to part before he finally moved away again from Tatsumi. "Are you certain you should be up and about?"

"I'm certain," Tatsumi confirmed. Using his other hand, the kagetsukai tilted the blond's head towards him and kissed him. "That should be proof enough, don't you think, Yuuto?" he asked when he pulled way.

Why was it that it just seemed so... wrong? And yet, here he was, secretly wishing for more. Yuuto sighed after Tatsumi pulled away, almost looking way too caught up in the moment before, as though being awakened from a spell, he again stepped away from Tatsumi, this time crossing the flat to move to the sofa.

"Tatsumi-san, you seem different today," he observed, looking over his shoulder again at the other man. More than seem, really - a mild euphemism for something so blatantly obvious. And he smiled wryly at the thought. "Is it a curse day again?"

Tatsumi ran his hand through his hair and sighed. "If it's a curse day, then why should it matter? I'm not worried now," he paused and smirked, knowing Yuuto could clearly see his 'excitement'. "If I'm worried afterwards, it's not my problem now, Yuuto. Of course, if you don't want anything to do with me..." He let that trail away.

He'd bait Yuuto until the blond was begging under him.

"Ta-... Tatsumi-san...." Truly, Yuuto was at a slight loss for words. So he was under a curse. He should have known, after all - Tatsumi wasn't one to be so cavalier in his relations with others. But, then again, just how would he be able to keep Tatsumi at bay with such attitude? And with such... persistence? Yes, he'd call the lack of clothing and concealment of his true intentions "persistence" for now.

For now, though... "You should think a little more about what you say." Yes, advice would help.

"I've had enough of thinking," Tatsumi deadpanned and before long he was right in front of the blond, hands wrapped around the other's waist. "Don't you think you'd rather not think, Yuuto?"

No matter where he went, Tatsumi was unavoidable within the confines of the flat. And, at the moment, Yuuto was a little trapped. The presentation of something so provocative (in more ways than simply one) was rather tempting and it was enough to cloud his senses slightly.

"What about Tsuzuki-san?" he asked quickly. Certainly, that would elicit a clear-headed response. And hopefully, maybe, it would serve as a mild distraction.

Tatsumi shrugged and while he knew right now he cared very little for Tsuzuki, he doubted answering bluntly would get him Yuuto instantly. "He's not here, is he?" Tatsumi asked back. "We're alone."

Now he knew that there definitely was a curse at work. He fidgeted a bit, almost as though contemplating on whether or not he should flee this instant. The temptation was strong, and Tatsumi had stumbled upon a good point. Tsuzuki wasn't there. Maybe he could....?

"And what if he does find out?" He had to give it a shot. Even though he had a feeling that, well, it was a little useless.

"Then he finds out," Tatsumi said simply. He began nuzzling the blond's neck. "He's a lot older than you think and should be able to handle a little bad news."

Damn him and his propensity to not think with most physical situations. Yuuto mumbled something under his breath while Tatsumi worked at his neck so wonderfully - it had always been something so vulnerable, his neck. He himself was tempted to return the favour, but, then again, did Tatsumi really want this upon his conscience? And, well, Tsuzuki, still. He remained very important to Tatsumi. Regardless of what the man said to him now, he knew that much. But, well, maybe just this once....?

It seemed a little too much to hope for, really. Though, who knew anymore. The delusion posed a threatening temptation. He would at least play along. While Tatsumi still was at his neck, he took the opportunity to let his lips trace along the other's ear. "Is that what you want?" he asked in a lowered voice, almost as though he expected Tsuzuki to appear at any moment.

The answer came easily and with an amused chuckle. "But of course."

Tatsumi kissed Yuuto then, while his fingers unbuttoned the blond's shirt.

So the illusion consumed him thus. It was hard to avoid, though, when one expected the best from life, but he had become used to such an outcome. It was good enough for the present, anyhow, when Tatsumi had drawn him in for that third kiss. He found his arms wrap instinctively around Tatsumi's neck while he attempted to guide the other to at least a decent location - a bed, a sofa, anything but the floor or, god willing, against the wall.

His feet seemed to lead to his own bed in the guest room, and he sat at the edge of it before pulling the other man down while he seemed to fall onto the bed. Maybe his own weakness was getting the better of him now, but, well, he had already allowed himself to believe the deception. It was purely his fault - or was it?

If Tatsumi had been in his right mind then, which he was not, he would have effectively stopped himself from going further. However, at that point of time, all Tatsumi could think of was not thinking of anything serious like, say, the consequences of such an action. For one, he was already a relationship, of some sort, with Tsuzuki. At that moment, being under the impression of the opposite curse, the only thing he could remember about Tsuzuki was the fact that he was a bumbling idiot and that he, Tatsumi, certainly had been in a state of insanity and blindness to have thought himself in love with the purple-eyed man.

"I'm going to make this exceptionally good, Yuuto," Tatsumi murmured into the blond's ear as he removed the other man's shirt. He kissed a downwards path on Yuuto's chest and then undid the button and zippers on the blond's pants.

Even though Tatsumi was going quite fast with the entire proceedings, Yuuto wondered if it were, perhaps, for the best. And yet, he still had a nagging feeling inside him to prolong things even further. Ideally, if he could stave off the other man until midnight, well, he certainly wouldn't have ruled that out. However, it was merely halfway through the day - to hold back for over ten hours was a feat that hardly anyone seemed able to accomplish.

While Tatsumi worked upon the fastenings on his trousers, his hands moved through the other man's hair in a gentle, slow raking fashion, as though to ask for the other to apply the brakes, figuratively speaking. Really, now he couldn't stop himself or Tatsumi. It was a sad truth, and yet it remained.
