Summary; While most of the city has been effected by the curse of slothfulness, a select few have not been cursed. Bored and with nothing to do Lobsel Vith (Alizer) and Cobray decide to meet over steaks,

February 13th, the day before Valentine's day, and a day that normally was marked for people running about getting chocolates, teddy bears, and flowers for their loved ones. Today however the denizen's of The City had felt it best to be utterly lazy and do nothing. There were a few that had been unaffected including the Alizer, but the laziness of the people was affecting her. She had to do something, or else she would have reverted to fire and probably burn up something. Not good.
Fortunately a young man by the name of Cobray had announced that he too was unaffected by the curse, and after some suggestions they agreed to meet at a certain steakhouse and talk. Alizer begin to walk along the streets allowing her instincts to find this Cobray, or at least the steakhouse.
