When; Monday, May 7th evening/night
Rating; R for blood and violence
Characters; Rori [livejournal.com profile] sister_servant and Ukitake Jyuushiro [livejournal.com profile] just_one_hour
Summary; Rori finds out just how much of a grudge a captain can hold, and just how hard they hit when they're out for blood.
Log; She'd listened to her bretheren. She was warned that they'd seek revenge, and for a few days, she'd hidden out in the shadows. Nothing came to pass, so Rori decided the ferver had died down enough to pretty much forget about it. The memory of killing the little shinigami made her blood race still, and that made her bold.

The only thing that had brought down her wonderful mood in the time after executing the shinigami was her so called god's disregard. It had been hard on her, but she truly realized that her family was right. He wasn't a god. He was a long dead human with a penchant for power. No matter what, though, she'd serve him, but it wouldn't be as blindly as before.

The sky was dark when she crossed into the Underground, on her way to find someone to snack on. This time, she hadn't dragged Di Roy with her, since she didn't plan on having to lift anything too heavy...

There was no warning---no.. word, no sound--just a sudden, crushing wave of reiatsu. It would have sent unseated Shinigami to their knees; even vice-captains and captains would have been wary of it. ..There was a reason, after all, that Ukitake Jyuushirou had been a captain for well over a thousand years despite his pacifist tendencies and frequent illnesses.

And then, out of nowhere, two figures rocketed out of the darkness, speeding toward Rori--the lighter-coloured one was laughing, the sound high and maniacal, electricity crackling over the length of his body. The darker one's steps sounded as crashing waves, roaring waters, reminescent of the terrible, darkest deeps of the oceans.

They wove around one another as if they were the same being, streaks of colour and shrieking laughter and the pounding of some kind of enormous heartbeat.. all to the backdrop of that horrifying, cruel reiatsu.

The twins slammed into the Arrancar girl without mercy, sending waves of lightning through her, buffeting her with whirlpool fury..

And then, a hoarse, too-calm voice:

"Hello, Rori."
