[ Ongoing ] A Walk In Roma
When; Rome Curse Day
Rating; G?
Characters; Dietrich von Lohengrin [
evilsincebirth], Sakurazuka Subaru [
ikigainashi] & Mori Ranmaru [
elegantorchid]
Summary; Dietrich invites Ranmaru to feast in Rome. Ranmaru agrees. Is all as simple as it seems?
Log;
Being at home had it's advantages. Within the short amount of time he had been here, he'd managed to restore his home to the way it was before. Now, two stories, palatial in it's wake, it was the very image of a Japanese palace villa, suited to entertaining guests as well as providing a good living space for a soldier.
He handled his solitude well, especially now that two of his rooms were occupied. While it was pleasant to have Tsubaki around, as well as Jin-san, he hadn't let anyone access the room that was once Subaru's and his own.
But he'd pretty much resolved not to think of him for now. He had to get stronger, he had to find some way to break him free. It irritated him to see someone accept a slave's way of living.
And then, there was this Dietrich... or Lohengrin-san, who had befriended him the day of his arrival. Ranmaru wasn't blind to the fact that no one ever approached anyone without a certain amount of desire for anything, and while he appreciated the other young man's friendliness, enjoying it too, his sweetness was the kind he remembered on kunoichi. Poisoned smiles, sweet like honey.
Perhaps he was being far too judgemental, but after Orochi and being a soldier, he couldn't help but think as such.
Accepting the invitation, he walked outside-- only to find his clothes transforming into something that vaguely resembled bedsheets. His hair became done up in short braids, and tied around his head like a wreath, and a veil of sorts was pinned under his sleeves, his body now clad in a tunic of lavender, and he blinked at himself in confusion. What in the devil's name?
Sighing, he shook his head and began to head out to where he remembered cafe Juliet was, his sword, thankfully, still strapped to his back. But a look around the now strangely modelled streets (Roman streets, he remembered them from the curse day where he was in that thing called High School) told him something he really didn't want to know.
The city had put him in women's clothing.
Eyes narrowing, he groaned and shook his head, keeping his stature as warrior-like as possible. Very funny, City. Very funny. Not allowing at to get him down, he headed to the cafe, which... was not there any longer.
Stunned, he stared at the open market, where different kinds of foods were being sold and stared in surprise. Well, this was great. How was he to find Dietrich now?
