Log;

The number of dresses that Elena owned, both back home and here in the City, probably numbered under ten total. It wasn't that she absolutely hated wearing them, but rather she didn't really like wearing them. They were easier to move in with some regards, but in other ways they were much harder to get around in. And with her job being what it was, dresses weren't exactly the best thing to wear when a person considered the nature of it. Plus, there was a certain mindset when men saw a woman in a dress back in Midgar.

So, once she had been freed from the enforced uniforms of her high school education, Elena hadn't bothered to keep up with any kind of fashion trend and had, quite happily, packed up or given away all her old dresses.

Which was why she needed help in finding one now. Other than knowing what she wouldn't wear, Elena was fairly at a loss of what to wear for certain occasions. Which was why when Vash had offered, she was happy to accept. And that acceptance was why she was currently sitting by the fountain, waiting for his arrival. She'd dressed down since there was the chance that she'd have to try on clothing and the process would be faster if she didn't have to deal with a full uniform.
