Log: Complete
When: Monday, August 27, dusk
Rating: PG-13 to R for violence and probably profanity
Characters: Walter Dornez
dark_butler and Greed
so_very_greedy
Summary: Greed wants a piece of Walter after Walter's "date" with Radu. Walter, apparently on a bit of a self- and other-destructive binge, is an obliging sort. The question may well be which one of them ends up in pieces?
Log:
A flick of fire, a hiss of burning paper, a drag of air and smoke, and a long, luxuriant exhalation.
Vampires had no fear of lung cancer after all.
Walter stood straight, waiting for the sound of Greed's approach. This fight over Radu was senseless, but he found that violence truly did only beget violence - not only externally, but internally.
How had he forgotten just what it was to be the Angel of Death? That pig, Major was right and Walter did not want to dwell on that unwelcome thought. The Major was right, after a fashion - Walter loved war, thrived on it, grew strong on the meat and drink that came of violence.
How else had he earned his moniker when so young?
And of late, he had returned to that violent youth. Of late. He laughed to himself at that thought. He had been a vampire again only four days and see the havoc he had wrought. How many people were going to want his head before the week was out?
Enough of such worries. For now he could ignore them. He would have a fight to deal with soon, and that was oh so distracting, and oh so delicious, and oh so much better than any drug.
Let Greed come. Walter was ready.
