Cadman frowned critically at her toes, and wrinkled her nose. Painting them had seemed like a good idea when she started, but apparently she had forgotten how much she sucked at it. Sure, it wasn't like she has managed to paint her whole foot, but that was no award winning pedicure, right there.
She sighed and replaced the lid on the polish, then took another long swallow off her bottle of water.
She raised her eyebrow at a knock on the door, and called out, "It's open, whoever you are, but I'm armed. Just sayin'."
