Log - Ongoing
When; Sunday, July 20th - Crossover Curse Day
Rating; PG for fantasy violence -- don't try this at home.
Characters; The Mighty Morphin' Tutu Rangers vs. Mecha of DOOM
Summary;
Cheesy Voiceover:
When we last left our heroes, the Mighty Morphin' Tutu Rangers, Catdon had summoned them for a situation of grave emergency: A dangerous foe was on the rampage near Xanadu! O NOES! Blazing with righteousness, the mighty Tutu Rangers set forth to do battle against the heinous one and save the City like they've never done before -- property damage, sparks, and exploding buildings included!
Log;
*~*~*
The windshield wipers were whisking merrily away when the city popped up.
It wasn't a *real* city. Anyone could tell that right away. It looked as though it had been constructed from cardboard and papier-mache, the windows bits of construction paper which had been pasted on. Suddenly out of its element, not to mention its size ratio, the mecha loomed over the streets like a neo-Godzilla.
This was Not Good. Peering behind it, the mecha found the cardboard buildings there as well; it was caught within a veritable cardboard mini-metropolis.
"Uweeeeeeeeeeh . . ." The sound was somewhere between a sigh and a squeak of distress as the mecha twisted its gigantic frame in every direction it could manage without knocking something over, trying to find a way out. This was so *very* Injust! No use. There were only paper streets and miniature trees around it in all directions. But there *must* be a way out. No one made a City *without* a way out, right? It just needed to be *found*.
Have you ever seen a mecha tiptoe? This one certainly tried. It crept through the streets like a child stealing a cookie at midnight, creeping . . . creeping . . .
"KYAAAAAAAA!!" Its foot caught on a wire power line and took out an entire city block in a grand shower of sparks.
The city must be saved, and soon!
((ooc: Cardboard city was mod-approved and occupies a small portion of Xanadu for battle purposes. Like the show, however, you can't see anything beyond it.))
