Log;

It was not often that the Doctor admitted that he was wrong about things.  Well, at least not often did did he admit out loud to other people that he was wrong.  He was probably wrong with Rose more than anyone else, just because he was rather rubbish with relationships, especially those of humans.

Lately it was over him leaving her behind with his half human self.  How could you explain to someone that you could see and feel every variation of key events in time and that Rose had to stay behind with his other self?  Not just for the sake of the universe but so she could be happy too.  In the end though he had robbed her of the choice.  And now he was robbing her of choice in the little things too and that was not only wrong but selfish.  He could stand to be a little less dictatorial.

So tonight he was trying to make it up to her.  Something romantic and special and that he was sharing with her and no one else.  Of course, he was still naked but not much else to be done about that until it was midnight.  It was rather freeing though.

Standing in the console room he smiled at Rose as she entered.

"Alright, I'm just about ready.  But... I could really use a hand piloting the TARDIS, if you're up to it."
