Log; Ongoing
When; Backdated a few hours, nighttime of the 10th
Rating; Prolly PG-13 to Rish.
Characters; Johnny Blaze (
motorcyclehero) and Blackheart (
raisemoredevils)
Summary; Curse chaos has gone unnoticed all day, 'til now.
Log;
There was a certain satisfaction to a greasy spanner and a rag, something he missed back when he was rich and famous enough to have a gearhead fixing his bikes for him. All he really wanted was the one bike, to take care of and pamper all by himself. Weird, maybe, but there was still some Carnie in him that got uncomfortable if it felt like he owned more than he could pack up and leave with.
Well, this apartment wasn't his, anyway, and he secretly liked it like that. He tossed the rag aside, looking Grace up and down. Save for the fact that she was propped up on a cinderblock in the middle of the dining room, she was perfect; a gleaming chrome beauty--a masterwork of a chopper.
And, his maintenance mission complete, Johnny realized he was hungry as hel--anything. He set the spanner on the bike seat and moved off into the kitchen, pondering some tuna in one of those fresh sub buns, and some carrots for health's sake.
Sometimes he missed being able to eat a funnel cake for breakfast, cotton candy for lunch and popcorn for dinner.
