Relief visibly seemed to sweep from Kyou's body. Lightly she felt his weight lean into her side, and she turned to look up at him as pure awe and surprise audibly entered his hushed voice.
Head tilting Tohru fell silently into thought a moment. Thinking on it, she realized that for Kyou, this had to be an incredibly difficult thing. After having gained the bonds, becoming god virtually for a day, she knew that for Kyou...standing up to that 'entity' had to be difficult. Really...it was probably taking all that he was, and from the way he held himself right now, that was obvious.
A sudden tug drew her forward again, and she realized that her feet had planted to the spot. Drawing a breath, she nodded, mind catching up with her feet. Reaching out with her free hand she grabbed onto the arm that was holding her for additional support.
"Thank you..."
Although afraid, as the door shut behind them and they entered into the dark dimness of Akito's room...she felt safer and more secure now that she knew Kyou was standing right there at her side, too.
