When; March 21st, 2009
Rating; PG for now
Characters; Hiei and OPEN to ALL
Summary; Hiei is taking a look around the new place, since there isn't much else to do at the moment.
Log;
The sky seemed dark, everything looked dreary to him. The sudden appearance had drawn him off guard only for a moment, and the half breed only continued to stare at the premise in which he slowly ventured. The air was stagnant, and felt heavy to him when he breathed it. In most parts, it reminded him of the Makai, only there wasn't red sky, and forests surrounding the premise, in which each and every little thing seemed alive.
The absolute destruction of this place seemed to that of a ticking clock that would tell them the end of everything, at least from what Kurama had told him. He had found the fox first, and it seemed to be perfectly normal to see his companion. The idiot carrot head as here as well. He wasn't expecting to see the idiot, but he did anyway. He still didn't seem to believe Kuwabara's words on the fact that he HAD been here recently, a long time back, he said, along with his sister, and some other people form his world. This existence between his world and something else made some sense.
He had never distrusted Kruama's words. The fox was his closest companion after all. There wasn't much to say about the other. In the mean time, he did ponder about a lot of things.
He wanted answers, but they were brief and only allowed him some security. It didn't bother him that Kuwabara knew more than he did. It didn't matter, because the red eyed male would probably find out a lot more about this place in a few days than Kuwabara in his whole stay here, thanks to the Jagan, but things were still blurry to him, no matter how much he used it. His thoughts faintly drifted to Yukina. Was she really here? His sister, the one he would protect with his own life? If it was true, he was not pleased with the people who had brought her here, these deities as the fox had called them.
With a faint grunt from him, the boy vanished from where he was standing and moving quickly along the place, seeking out anything that would prove useful to him in the future, exploring, it seemed. He had seen most of the place with his Jagan, but that was not enough to tell him that it was all he could see. There was more. There always was

The half breed's eyes fixed on his surroundings, though couldn't tug off the feeling that he was being followed, or simply, the feeling of being watch. He did turn his back every now and then as he stopped on a certain building, looking off and around him. Nothing. Tch', it was becoming a problem to him. If Hiei found out who was following him, somehow he get them to show themselves.
ooc: sure ^^

The rather morbid appearance of it seemed almost like Makai in so many ways. Yet, there was something else about it that attracted his attention as well. He could still recall that giant clock he had seen briefly before through the Jagan. He stopped his movement and landed briefly on a building, growing a bit irritated with his tailgater, but he didn't show much of it through his facial expression.

Still, he would only wait so long for Hiei to do something about being followed. To speed the process, the kitsune deliberately allowed Hiei the opportunity to catch the briefest glimpse of silver before disappearing again.

"I know you're there. It'd be best if you show yourself," he mused with arms crossed about his chest. He was standing at the edge of a building now, red hues flickering to the direction that the silver had vanished from his eyesight. Yet, again, he did nothing but wait, eyes fixed on the surroundings.

"...What reason have to follow me?" he mused faintly, not waiting for an introduction or anything.

To see if you were unsuitably distracted by your new environment. He cocked his head, considering. You don't appear to have adjusted yet.

"Like I said, I capable of taking care of myself. Your concern is touching, but it isn't needed," he replied bitterly. Sure, he didn't really mean that completely, but it was the way he was. He was going to end up giving in regardless, since the fox wouldn't stop speaking about the City and the curses. Exactly, what sort of curse was running in this place? He'd like to know.

You died here, he said, with no more emotion than if he were making simple conversation. Perhaps it wasn't you or anyone you might become, but I remember it. I don't care to see it again.

His eyes faintly narrowed. Was it some joke? It seemed his silent question was answered. He died here. How did he die? When did he die, and what sort of being caused it? He uncrossed his arms a bit and looked down even more towards the silver fox, "Is that why you follow me like I'm some lost child waiting to be killed?" he mused in a montone manner, "I have no idea what had happened, but I don't recall dying," he replied, closing his eyes a bit.
At this rate, he wouldn't be left alone for quite some time. After a faint thought, he opened his red hues again and turned his back to the fox, "Do what you want," he mused, and slowly started to walk again. There was definitely a lot of things he'd be looking into, now. The first would be, what had happened here, with a previous 'him.' At this point. Hiei had given up fighting with Kurama to leave him alone. He seemed to not give a damn anymore, but really, he just complied.
