Log; ongoing
When; April 8th, about 4PM
Rating; R for drug use /o/
Characters; Peony (
peonis) and Jade (
brbcorpsehunt)
Summary; Cursed hippie Peony and not-cursed Jade chill out in Peony's room.
Log;
Peony rolled Jade--the cute, porcine one--off his lap and glanced around his room. Piles of clothes, trinkets, and other paraphernalia almost completely covered the floor, making walking nearly impossible. He took the joint from between his lips and grinned, satisfied at the mess in the way that arguably only a stoner could be. Not that he was a stoner, but that day's curse had decidedly turned him into one for the day.
Even so, he knew he'd have to make some room. There was just no way Jade would even fit, otherwise. He hauled Jade the rappig onto his bed and began to condense some of his piles. Normally, he wouldn't have bothered, but the curse had made him feel a deep, genuine love for his fellow man, and he knew that Jade didn't exactly love the mounds of junk.
After it seemed to him that there was enough room for Jade, himself, and the tray of brownies, he began clearing a path from the door to the center of the room. The thought occurred to him that perhaps the other residents of the apartment would like to join them in this circle of peace and love, but it left his mind just as quickly as it had come. Even if his high mind had been able to hold the thought, he really preferred Jade's company to everyone else's--though he wouldn't usually admit it so readily.

Eying the rappig on the bed, Jade lowered himself so he could sit in what he assumed to be a clearing. It really was hard to tell with Peony.
Voice muffled by the handkerchief, Jade finally spoke, albeit, in a voice dripping with sarcasm, "I'm so glad to see you don't fall back on old habits, Peony. ♥"

He sunk back into the pile, which seemed so soft and inviting through the haze of THC, though he'd fully intended to offer the tray of brownies to Jade. Peony just smiled and snuggled back into the pile, figuring that he could manage that in just a minute. After all, they had all the time in the world--they probably wouldn't die for at least another thirty years.

Jade scooted over, allowing Peony's wider frame some room. The handkerchief never left his face, and his breathing waned shallow, so he'd be exposed to as little of the chemical as possible. However, that didn't stop him from making himself more comfortable, allowing just the tiniest of slouches against the wall, waiting for Peony's thought processes to catch up.

"I've a silly question," he began, "but what makes you so sure this authoritative figure is a man? Why can't it be a woman? Or do you not believe in equal rights, Peony." It wasn't the most graceful of goads, but Jade allowed himself some leeway-- especially considering how his head felt a bit lighter. He tightened the handkerchief. He'd have to make this visit quick, before he made a fool of himself along with his friend.

"They probably call it the man because women are better, bro."
It made complete sense to him, and he sunk further back into his pile, ignoring a stray sock that had landed on top of his head.
