log; ongoing

When; Evening of the first, post tournament, until God knows when the second.
Rating; Call it R to be safe?
Characters; Chuck Bass [[livejournal.com profile] basstardchuck], Serena van der Woodsen [[livejournal.com profile] theserenashow], Dawn Summers [[livejournal.com profile] tothelibrary]
Summary; Thanks to Nate's memory wiping, Serena van der Woodsen now thinks she's someone else. A very, very drunk and slutty someone else. And wouldn't you know, Dawn looks just like her old friend and partner in crime. Add some lying and Chuck Bass to the mix and there's no way this will end badly, right?
Log;

It's surprisingly easy to get Serena to the club. Getting her out might be a different story, but at least Dawn can keep an eye on her here.

...Chuck better show up. Or Dawn might have to just... knock Serena out and tie her up until her memories come back.

"C should show up sooner or later. Then we can get to work emptying daddy's coffers." She keeps one arm snug around Serena's waist, all possessive smiles. At least Georgina was apparently psycho and touchy. That makes this part easier. "Until then, just you and me, S."

Savannah was surprisingly easy to get to the club because Savannah has spent her day since 12PM "cheering up" lonely bar patrons and Savannah is now more than a little intoxicated. Although, in truth, Savannah wouldn't object to clubbing in any state of mind. So this is Savannah, stumbling a little lot as she trails Dawn through the club. The first thing that's coming off are her shoes, partially because they hurt and partially because she just nearly twisted her ankle trying the keep her balance. She used to be so good at this. It's like she hasn't been clubbing for months even though she's certain she was out with Svetlana just last week. She'd dwell on it but she doesn't have the attention span in her intoxicated state. Oh well.

"Well it's not like we need Chuck Bass t'get a party started anyway," she drawls.

speak of the devil and he appears

IT took him longer than he thought to get there, but when he saw Serena and Dawn, he was really glad he made it after all.
He approached their table with his trademark smile and called the waitress with his hand. He ordered scotch on rocks, the only drink that could get him through this and sat down.

"Ladies, you two look stunning. NOt that expected anything less," he complimented them, paying especially close attention to Dawn's dress. IT was oh so deliciously short.

Despite his guarding duties, Chuck was having a relatively good time. At some point he decided to collect on that promised dance and he took Dawn's hand. He leaned closer.

"I believe I had a dance promised," he said quietly with a smile. Normally he would whisper, but with the music, it was the next best thing.

Without waiting for her answer, he stood up and pulled her up as well.

He put his hands on her waist and pulled her closer. If asked, he would tell her that this was to make Serena less suspicious. But the truth was, he simply wanted to. And Chuck Bass always got what he wanted, despite the recent setbacks.

He moved with her, for a second simply enjoying the dance.

"As surprising as it might sound, Serena always could party longer than anyone else."

"They say practice makes perfect," he remarked, throing a quick glance in Serena's direction. Just to make sure she's still there and not making out with some investment banker. Not that the City had any investment bankers...

"She'll sleep it all off. No need to worry."

He rolled his eyes slightly. "We're in the City. You can take a lot of things back around here. What's with the curses and deities twisted sense of humor..."

He pushed away a strand of hair from her face and smiled despite himself.

"You're a good friend though. You'd fit right into what Blair refers to as the Non-Judging Breakfast Club. You already mastered getting Serena out of trouble. Now all you need to do is drink at least one tequila shot and you're as good as accepted," he joked.

Her shoes are off and she's seated- for not, at least. Savannah reclines in her chair, eyes closed, and dedicates a few moments to her other four senses. There isn't much to do by way of smell and the only taste in her mouth is the aftertaste of gin and cigarette smoke but she can definitely hear and she's working her way toward touch. The music is pumping past her eardrums, through her veins, and in tune with every solitary nerve impulse. Touch. Feel. Dance. Savannah opens her eyes and narrows a suggestive glance towards "Dawn". She drains the contents of the drink in her hand and and sets it on the table. Then she stands and glides away as if on autopilot, not bothering to put her shoes back on as she steers herself toward the dance floor with as much grace as any severely inebriated seventeen-year-old can muster.

Sorry, Chuck. She hardly even noticed your presence.

Chuck laughed. "I'm afraid it doesn't exactly fit the profile. But we'll find some sort of substitute. Don't worry."

He leaned towards her and spoke quietly into her ear.

"And I promise to be on my best behavior."

Okay, so he was seducing her. Who could blame him, really?

One step forward, two steps back. One step forward. It's like a game, really. But watching her blush makes up for it. He glances again at Serena, just to make sure, she's still there. And he returns his attention to Dawn.

"I admit, I might've taken lessons. It's required. And it's better than making a fool out of yourself during social events," he smiled down at her. "I'm glad the dance isn't entirely dreadful."

She looked like Georgina. But every time he forgot she's not Georgina, he was immediately reminded of that. Plus he hated Georgina. Dawn... was not completely annoying.

He laughed. "Why do I get the feeling that it was a pink tutu and yu still have it in your closet?" he asked.

"Good. I would never forgive myself if you weren't having at least a little fun."

His smile turned somewhat mischievous and before she can question him, he moves away and pushes her into a twirl. And another one. And another one. Only to stop her and hold her close to him. Finishing off with a 'dip', supporting all her weight on his arm.

"Now the Russian judge will give us a ten," he smirked and returned her to the upright position.

"I rarely kid about things like that," he assured her and continued to hold her close while they danced.

With some pleasure, he noted the blush.

"I think I like the Californian judge better than the Russian..."

Chuck tried to control his laughter.

"Do you always babble when you're nervous?" He asked, amused. "I'm not saying it's a bad thing. Talking can be very interesting in all sorts of situations," he couldn't help himself.

He laughed but stopped quickly. "Sorry. I remember I promised to be a perfect gentleman..."

[identity profile] basstardchuck.livejournal.com 2009-05-02 07:13 pm (UTC)(link)
"Maybe a little," he admitted with a smirk. "But so far I had no complains," he said and twirled her again.

"And while the blush is extremely attractive on you, you need to practice hiding it. Or Serena will realize something's wrong..."

Chuck/Dawn "dance"

[identity profile] basstardchuck.livejournal.com 2009-05-02 07:43 pm (UTC)(link)
He smiled and touched her face, rubbing his thumb gently against her cheek.

"I don't believe no one ever called you cute, Dawn. Or attractive. That's why I'm so surprised by the blush..."

He moved his hand to hold her chin and raised her head slightly, to be able to look at her face. He lowered his head and looked into her eyes.

"Well I find you very cute. And very attractive," he told her in a low, seductive voice.

He watched her lick her lips. He felt her move closer. Women tried to pretend they're complicated, but those signs he could read in a darkest room. She wanted what he was offering...

With a smile, he lowered his head even more, first brushing his lips against her, then turning it into a real kiss. Not too insistent, giving her a change to back away at any moment.

Chuck smirked at that comment.

"I promise not to tell anyone," he assured her. "We can forget it happened, if you want."
