When he'd made plans to see Anne, Neil had assumed that the curse would end at midnight and he'd be back to normal. That had probably been naive of him; twelve had come and gone, and both he and Todd were still older than they ought to be. As curses went, really, this would probably be counted a mild one, but Neil found it deeply unsettling. Seeing what he'd look like didn't bother him-- how could it, when he'd met Dr. Wilson? But he was troubled by the impossibility of it. The curse was another reminder that he would never grow older, presumably never be any different.
Keeping busy was a good idea-- it meant keeping his mind off that fact. So he decided to go anyway; it wasn't like this interfered with his ability to read lines, even if he sounded a little strange to himself. Play in hand, he headed over towards her apartment.
He'd been in such a hurry to get out and about that he found himself standing outside Anne's door several minutes before their appointed time; and he decided to pay a visit to his former roommates. And so it was that, without thinking about it, he found himself knocking on Morgana's door.
