How Dawn knew about Spike's whereabouts was something that they were going to be having a Talk about later, but as of now she had bigger things to think about. Like contacting Tony Stark, whoever he was, for example. Finding out how to get this chip working and in Spike's head. Her own conflicted emotions on their plan. Buffy feels like she should be making a list and sticking it on her bathroom mirror.
Then again, the silence between her and Angel pretty much guarantees that thinking is all she's going to be doing as they make their way to the Raven, her brow furrowed and mouth set in a somewhat grim line. Making it completely obvious that she's Not Happy about these circumstances, but what can you do?
