I'm singing this whole thing wrong because I'm high | ongoing

When; Afternoon, 11/16 (if that's okay with Mercy-mun!)
Rating; R, substance abuse and laaanguage.
Characters; [livejournal.com profile] coyote_walking & [livejournal.com profile] notverypriestly
Summary; Two words: Pot brownies.
Log;

Priestly had found a decent dealer and acquired ingredients for his best brownie recipe. He didn't actually put all that much into the brownies, enough to get Mercy giggles and munchies. Enough to hopefully help her out of of her funk and forget about the bad parts of life for a little while.

He raps on her door, backpack containing the baked goods and some other yummy treats including chips and something to drink. He'd also gotten his hands on an old Super Nintendo while in the City and some old games. They were in for an awesome day.

Mercy was shaking her head as she answered the door, letting him into her bedroom. Handy of Jack to make sure all the bedrooms had doors to the outside - and all the main doors had coyote doors as well. She still couldn't quite believe she was doing this.

"Hey, Priestly, come on in."

She hugged back then stared as he began unpacking all the... stuff.

"What is all this?"

Mercy started laughing. "I don't think I've ever played that. And just how much are we supposed to be eating here anyway?"

"That's not just something from the movies?" she said with some amusement and sat herself down on the bed to watch him do... whatever he was doing.

She slid down the side of the bed to sit next to him. "I'll take your word for it. So... why are you being so nice to me?"

"Well, I appreciate it," Mercy said with a smile. "So... video game first or suspect 'special' brownies?"

"Good to know," Mercy said, taking one and biting into it cautiously. "Huh... It doesn't taste any different from a regular brownie."

Mercy laughed. "My first best friend? I didn't really have one growing up. I was a coyote, growing up with werewolves, most of whom hated me. I guess, maybe my foster parents? And then Samuel, of course. He protected me from the other werewolves. And I definitely didn't ever want to be a werewolf when I grew up."
