Summary; Due to some blackmailing on Ino's part, Leon is being forced to take Sakura on a date.
Log; Leon sat in the Sunny Side Bakery, waiting for the girl's arrival that he had been black-mailed into having a date with. It's not that he picked the place specifically because it was for sweets, but simply that it was close to work and he could get to it quickly after work. Really, the sweets weren't the reason at all.

His fingers tapped against his teacup in an agitated fashion, staring down at the liquid while he waited. He didn't want to deal with this, didn't want to do this. It was Ino's fault, and the first chance he got he was going to get rid of that video. This blackmail had to stop.

"Hmph. Damn that woman."

Another one. And it was the third this week, dammit. Somehow, it had to stop, except it was impossible once Ino set her mind to something. Damn that woman.

Sakura entered the bakery around ten minutes after Leon had, except she was faced with another problem again. Just like the three previous times, she had no idea who the guy was.

Hopefully, he would.

Leon had been keeping an eye on the door, pretty much hoping that the girl didn't show up so he could be done with this. Ino couldn't say anything about it if she didn't show up, right? Well, knowing her and her loud mouth, she'd say something anyway. How irritating.

But, to his disappointment - though he hid it well, he saw her walking through the door. He stood from his seat, lifting his hand to signal her over as he walked to the other side of the table to pull out her seat. Being forced on a date did nothing to impede his manners, at least.

Once spotted, she went straight for the table, taking note of his appearance with a little bit of dread. Sasuke clone. Her former best friend had set her up with a Sasuke clone.

Tch...

She gave him one of her best smiles though, once she was near. "Leon-san, right? Hi...before anything, I'm sorry for whatever Ino put you through to get you here, since you don't look like you want to be here any more than I do. But I'm not here for the date, actually..."

"Hmph- there's no need to apologize for something she did. It's not as if she's actually sorry about it."

One day, he would get rid of that damn video and Ino wouldn't have fodder to blackmail him with. But that could wait until later to think about, there were other matters at hand to deal with.

"I'm not interested in a date either, but if I don't follow through with this, she'll undoubtedly find a way to make me pay. So stay and eat something, at least."

He was by no means polite about the way he said it, but Leon wasn't used to this. He'd never even been on a proper date before, not that he cared about it, really. He had better things to do with his time than spend them doing things like this.

"Eating would be nice. I really love the sweets they sell here," she mused, deciding on staying. Maybe it was the whole Sakura Is Drawn To Lost Tortured Looking Boys' Souls. Or something like it.

Or it was the sweets.

Nothing like sugar, she thought as she sat down at the table. Her eyes focused on him this time, and from his stance and physical build it was clear he was used to fighting at least. At least Ino wasn't a complete retard when it came to this. But..."You don't look like you want to be here at all..." she said, leaning forward with a small smile playing on her lips.

"Blackmail or bribery?"

Leon sat back down, frowning. He didn't really want to answer that question, but he was being too obvious about not wanting to be there. It would be a waste of time to not answer the question truthfully.

"...Blackmail," he said after a moment, mouth hidden behind his cup as he took a sip before glancing down at the menu. "That woman has too much time on her hands."

He felt rather awkward about this entire situation. It wasn't that he didn't know how to act on a date - proper etiquette had been drilled into him for years, after all. But he wasn't exactly good at meeting new people either, and therein lied the problem. On top of the fact that he'd been set up on this not-date.

"Tell me about it," she muttered, rolling her eyes at Ino's hobbies. "She says she does a lot of things for our good, but my guess is that it's for her own entertainment, the sadist."

She scouted the menu for something, picking something mentally before looking up. "What does she have on you?"

"Tch- a video from a curse. It wouldn't irritate me so badly if people from my own world weren't here, but they would never let it go if they saw it," Leon frowned at the thought of Rutee finding it. That was definitely the last thing he wanted happening.

He glanced back up from the menu after picking what he was going to eat, "I really doubt she does this kind of thing for the good of others."

"Ahh, I see. You are aware that she knows she has you at the tips of her fingers with this, so you'll keep being blackmailed unless you change it."

"I'm going to get rid if at soon as I can. I wasn't aware she had the video until she decided to blackmail me with it into this... Date. Not that it is one or anything."

After a moment or two more, the waiter came by to refill his tea and take their orders. And yeah, Leon just ordered like three helpings of flan for himself. Don't judge him too harshly.

"It isn't," she re-stated, mentally picking the chocolate parfaits. "Good luck with that. You should not underestimate her. Kunoichi need to be more vicious than anyone else."
