In general, the Blue Light looks the same, only polished up in the corners where the light doesn't always touch so that everything is bright. Golds and blues slope from the ceiling: streamers hung with impeccable taste and dedication, if not a little magic. The bar is fully stocked, both with glassware and with an overabundance of alcohol, and the kitchen has produced enough to last the night sometime into the morning, a majority of the bar's owner's favorite foods laid out on tables next to gifts and twisting pieces of tissue paper that refuse to stay hooked to the ceiling once the "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" has gone up in a clamor of raised voices and a wild clash of music. Even if the surprise in general has failed - hopefully, it hasn't, those of you with big mouths - that doesn't stop the atmosphere of the place from being what it usually is: upbeat, enthusiastic, loud and fun, with a little something extra added in for flavor.

Anyone who wants to say that they got an invitation is welcome to have gotten one (thank you, Priestly)! There is cake somewhere and music, of course.
