Log;

Harry's tracking spell had led him straight to the zoo. He had found Mercy's pack and clothes in the forest, recognizing the signs of her having shifted to go for a run. She obviously hadn't returned though, so he had grabbed them and continued searching.

The state he found Mercy in was bad. Multiple injuries that were possibly fatal if she didn't get help soon. She was naked, whoever kidnapped her hadn't even bothered to clothe her.

Sprinting to her, he knelt down next to her, he reached out and placed a hand gently on her shoulder.

"Mercy, it's Harry," he said. "What happened?"

She whimpered and pulled away, terrified of being touched. "Don't, please," she said, voice hoarse from screaming.

"I'm sorry," he said, moving his hand away from her shoulder. "We need to get you to a hospital though. Hell's bells, Mercy, who did this to you?"

Mercy curled up into a ball as much as she could, crying out when it aggravated her injuries. "Don't know," she managed, "Don't know what happened. Scared."

"It's okay, I'm not going to let anyone hurt you," he said, feeling his blood boil in anger that someone would do this to Mercy. "But right now we need to get you to the hospital."

"Harry?" she whispered, finally managing to place him. "Where am I? What happened?"

"You're at the zoo, Mercy," he said, glancing over her and trying to find the most serious injuries. "And you didn't come in for work today and I got worried."

"I don't..." She started to reach up towards her head, but whimpered and let her hand fall back to her side when the pain shot through her shoulder. "I don't remember anything. What day is it?"

"It's Saturday," he told her, wincing at the pained noise she made. "When did you shift for your run?"

"Not shifting, won't shift, promise," she said quickly, whimpering and putting her good hand up. "I won't, I won't."

"Mercy, what are you talking about?" Harry asked, reaching to help her but hesitated, not wanting to cause her more pain.

She looked confused and disoriented. "I... I don't know," she admitted, looking a bit like she was going to cry. "I... I remember shifting at the garage, but I shifted back after my run to go home, and then... nothing."
