Summary; The police force catches up with the Master.
Log;

Mamoru was very much enjoying being back in front of the computer. It was almost like being Weiss again. A tiny little wrinkle formed between his eyes as he scanned through files once more, looking for any detail overlooked, any possible contingency. It was, in his humble opinion, one of his best plans. They were going to catch this man -- if you could call him that, bring him in, and --

Well, what they were going to do with him once they'd caught him was still up in the air. They didn't have a jail anymore, or much of a legal system to begin with, but that was a problem for another day. The point was that they get the Master off the street. Stop him from eating people. That was enough for now.

His team was in place, and the plan perfect. The pre-mission had always been most stressful for him. Once he was in the field it was fluid, even easy. He checked that his crossbow and darts were all hidden in the appropriate places inside his trench coat before he swung it on. His cell got dropped into one of the outside pockets. He left the door open behind him as he headed out into the street to join the ambush.

Since he'd become aware of the Doctor in the City, the Master had been sticking mostly to the Underground. There were more places to hide there, tunnelled like a rabbit warren, not to mention his safehouse...

But he really did hate the aftertaste of the monsters, and so he'd headed cautiously out onto the surface again. He'd be able to have a proper meal tonight, yes, but he'd make do with some sort of garbage until that point. Or pigeons. He left the relative hidden safety of an alleyway to dart out and fry one with electricity before hurrying back in to consume it. He didn't want to waste any more of his energy on such a tiny meal, though. Eyeing the pigeony group spread across the ground, the Master turned around to start digging through a dustbin once more.

Ken sees him

There's a pair of eye keeping close track of the man in the alley. Thankfully, Ken was well suited to working in shadows. He was decked out in his full mission gear, down to the mask that hid a good deal of his face, all in the name of stealth. Glancing back and forth, he silently estimated how far he'd have to drop to get closer to the target, then over to where he knew the rest of his team would be coming from.

And so does Ray \o>

Though less well equipped, with just his fists and his gun, Ray was watching him just as closely. He winced at the misfortune of the pigeon that fell victim to the Master's electricity, perhaps even a little relieved that this wasn't going to be quite as hands on as Ray's usual arrests.

If the bastard could do that... Not that Ray would have admitted to being worried about him at all.

No foodstuffs. Useless. Pointless area. Time to move on. The Master looked up from the bin and then froze, frowning, his head cocked. There were people here with him.

He spun around, trying to pinpoint their locations. More than one person. All moving in. Not good, not good. Straightening from his hunch, his nostrils flared as he sniffed them out and then made a break for it, arms pumping as he ran through the alleyway. He couldn't go too much into the open, not quite, he'd have to stick to the alleys, or the less-populated areas at the very least. If he could just make it back into the Underground and evade them, he'd be fine.
