Summary; Curious about Raikov's artistic skills, Rido takes up Raikov's offer on being a model for him.
Log;

Perhaps going over to Rido's wasn't such a good idea. He still didn't know the man very well or trust him. A wreckless move on his part but things were getting boring. Nothing like a bit of danger to add some spice to his life, right?

He wasn't that wreckless though. No, along with his art supplies, he brought his Makarov, a small box of ammo, and a flashlight. There was no way he was going to the underground without something to defend himself with.

The Russian eventually met up with Rido, who lead him to his lair. As much as he tried to take in his surroundings, it was rather difficult to keep his eyes off Rido... Normally he wasn't like this with anyone. (aside from himself.) He shook his head, finally managing to say "Nice place."

It wasn't uncommon for royalty to have themselves immortalized by artists. So when the human suggested it, Rido couldn't help but to accept. Raikov was an amusing thing anyway, his often submissive demeanor very much to the vampire's liking.

Having escorted the man into his underground home, Rido crossed the room to pour himself a drink. The residence was lush in decor, well suited for a man of his position. There'd been no signs of any previous residents when he first stumbled across the place and it was clear that no one had even set foot in it for quite some time. All of this suited him well enough. The man's clothes were of a fine quality, allowing Rido to pick and choose what to wear at random, and when he found himself in need of money, all he had to do was to pawn some of the jewel encrusted necklaces that the woman had left behind.

He could hear the human's heart beating loudly from across the room, and he was well aware of the eyes that seemed to follow him wherever he went. It was nothing that was new to the Pureblooded vampire... humans were often dazzled in their presence.

The corner of his mouth quirked into a knowing smile and he turned back to his guest with a glass of blood in hand. "I like it." Raising it to his mouth he took a sip as he studied the human.

"If you want a drink you can serve yourself. You should be able to find something 'suitable' in the cabinet to your right."

[ooc note: Rido Kuran had stumbled upon Dracula's (from the movie Van Helsing) old residence underground that he'd shared with his 3 brides. Seeing as how they are no longer in the City, he claimed it and everything within it as his own.]

"Possibly." Rido tended not to pay attention to such things. It was a servant's job to tend to the needs of others. Something that was grossly lacking at the moment...

Walking over to the sitting area, the vampire let his long coat slide from his body and tossed it casually over a nearby chair. For himself, he chose a somewhat ornate divan to seat himself upon as he waited for Raikov to make himself comfortable.

Draping his arm across the back of the divan, the vampire took a moment to drain his glass of it's contents before setting it on the table beside him. There was little he could do to satiate his thirst for blood since Juri took her life, but at least Raikov wasn't looking quite so tempting.

It wouldn't do for the artist to die before having a chance to complete his task.

Rido had never been the type of royal to sit with a stiff back and a perfectly tended to wardrobe. His hair hung loosely across his shoulders, tousled without any care. And the only thing he'd actually added to his typical attire was a white dress shirt which he hadn't quite bothered to button up all the way. "Will this do?"

"A break?" In truth, the Pureblood hadn't even noticed the time pass by. What were a few brief moments compared to centuries of life that he'd experienced? His thoughts had drifted off, replaying memories from a time and place that had been stolen from him. But the human's words broke him out of his reverie, bringing him back to the present and the quiet stillness of his new home.

Gazing at the young thing for a moment, his head tilted slightly. "Why. Are you tired already?"

Swinging his feet up onto the divan, the vampire slid down to semi-recline. If the human was so fragile that he needed to rest after so little time, then so be it. Rido let his mismatched eyes drift closed, instead sinking further into the memories of Juri. "Why would I want to see something that's only halfway done? No. I'm only interested in seeing what you consider to be your best attempt."

The Pureblood didn't bother to resume his pose, instead he waited, being lulled slightly by the soft scritching noises of the pencil on paper. Behind his closed lids, he contemplated the many things he could do with the human who'd walked so eagerly into his home... but as he'd said before, it would depend on just how useful the man could be.

At Raikov's announcement, the vampire's eyes opened just slightly, a sliver of red and blue showing beneath his dark lashes. His hand raised lazily from his chest to motion the human closer. "Show me."

The human had been far more entertaining over the network. And frankly, Rido was growing bored of his guest. Perhaps it was time to shake things up a little bit...

His head turned more to take in the standing figure in front of him, carefully noting the casual disregard in the man's body language. No, this would not do at all.

Smirking slightly, he gazed up into Raikov's face with half-lidded eyes. "... kneel and show me."

The corners of his mouth quirked, not bothering to hide the sense of excitement at the upcoming game. Raikov was resisting what he'd already been taught. How quickly humans forgot their place...

"True. But I think I'd like it better... if you were on your knees." Sitting up, he swung his feet back to the ground.

There'd be time to look at the drawing later. Now, there were far more interesting things to attend to.

With the smile still firmly affixed to his face, he stood to take the drawing pad from Raikov's fingers and casually tossed it on the divan. "Later. First, do as I say."

"... and if it's good... and if you're good... you'll be rewarded." Reaching out, his hand slid up to firmly grasp the other man's shoulder. "Such a naive thing you are, so worried over the wrong thing. No matter... I'll play with you anyway."

He still didn't understand, did he?

Having lived as long as he had, Rido had a fair idea of what Raikov was thinking. Such a sick thing he was~, it was really quite delightful.

Taking a step forward, he pushed Raikov backwards, intent on showing him the errors of his ways. The man would learn not to ignore Rido when he gave a command. And if not, then the evening wouldn't be a total waste.... he was after all, still quite hungry.

Climbing over him, Rido knelt across his body. Let the human think what he wanted, it was more exciting to wait for the realization of what was truly going on dawn in Raikov's eyes.

The evening was definitely improving. But then, games like this often alleviated the constant boredom that had permeated his very long life. His prey was trapped underneath him with nowhere to go, now he'd see just how willing the man would be to follow his directions the first time.

Smiling happily at his newest toy, he held out his hand palm up. "Give me your hand."

Casting Raikov a roguish smile, he lifted his wrist up towards his mouth. The vampire's other hand slid the fabric of the human's sleeve down to expose the flesh of his arm. "See how much better things can be when you obey?"

Not that the Pureblood cared at all about whether Raikov fought or gave in at this point. Either way suited him just fine...
