Summary; Lucy ended up in the 7th circle of Hell. The Master comes to get her
Log;

Lucy is standing in a river of boiling blood up to her waist. She can't move, she can't save herself but she can scream. She can scream and she can cry. She knows the Master will come get her and she's wants to be out of here. Her skin scalds, bubbles and melts only to reform so that it can do it all over again. She has her eyes squeezed shut, her hands fisted and clenched to her chest. And she screams because she believes she deserves this. Regardless of whether Harry does or not.

For the Master, it's not particularly an issue with whether or not Lucy deserves it (although he might pause and think about it if she'd ended up in the Ninth Circle). It's more specifically to do with the fact that he has a claim on Lucy, and this is clearly some sort of powerplay.

And that's exactly what he's over at the entrance to Seven doing, yelling at the guards and waving one of his forms at them. He has all the signatures, he's followed every instruction on them. He helped WRITE these forms. He knows where all the sections to trip people up are. Eventually, they let him in and he sweeps through the Circle. At some point during the argument, he got irritated enough to pull rank, so he still has his wings out, fluttering angry black feathers, keeping them away from the river.

Eventually, he reaches where Lucy is in the river and walks directly into it to reach her, lifting his wings up out of the way. It doesn't seem to affect him at all.

"Lucy?" His voice is loud enough for her to hear but he's not yelling at her.

"Unless they wanted an internal war, they hadn't a choice," says the Master darkly. He leans down to scoop up Lucy's legs from through the blood so that he can carry her out of the river. Once he's out, he leans his weight to either side in order to shake the blood off his legs (can't let it sit on his suit or it will stain) and then carries Lucy to the gate, glaring at the guards.

Once he steps through it, he adjusts his grip on Lucy to pull her closer to his chest and says "Shortcut" before spreading his wings and beating them madly until they take off into the air.

"We're going home," says the Master patiently. He moves Lucy's legs slightly and then folds his wings and dives into a hole in the side of the Circle they're at. It's freefall for a little bit but they're back into an open area soon enough and the Master beats his wings furiously again in order for them to shoot upwards until they make it outside, into the cool autumn air.

The Master flies them a bit farther away from The Pit before he lands, focusses, and the wings fold into his back to disappear. His eyes are still snakelike, though, even if they are the same colour as ever. He can't mask that properly, especially not when Hell has so much influence. But he might as well walk them home. It's not too far and he doesn't want to draw more attention than necessary.

"Are your legs alright?" he asks.

Bless her

The Master looks at Lucy's legs to satisfy himself that they're fine and then watches where he's walking again, walking into their building.

"It's rarely that black and white, dear Lucy. I deal mostly with bureaucracy and relations anyway."

The Master grins and laughs slightly.

"So," he says, "what if I am evil?" He enters the lift and lounges against the wall as he waits for the second floor and her answer.

"But I'm a demon," explains the Master calmly, and walks out of the lift. "That's what I do by default." Door open and then he skirts the animals to close the door and place Lucy carefully down on the couch.
