She hesitantly scoots a little closer, still holding onto his hand and making certain not to direct any sorts of feelings toward him.
"Beginnin' to wonder if you're lettin' me be an exception." She says it teasingly, lightly, but it has occurred to her in a more serious sort of way. Not that she minds, not at all. There's just a difference between naturally being the one exception in all of time and space and him letting her be the one exception. They're both amazing. The first is just slightly more 'yes this is what I was meant for' affirming than the second.
