Back in the deeper recesses of the Raven, Rido Kuran has taken over one of the club's more private alcoves. The underground afforded him certain 'comforts' that would go unheeded by the City police. And in his arms at that moment was a particularly tasty young waitress who although not quite enough to distract him fully from his boredom, was better than nothing.
Here his senses could be filled with the deafening beat of the music, and the cloyingly thick scent of alcohol wet on the breath of it's patrons. Bodies and lights flickered and danced in his peripheral vision. And his fingertips brushed along the warmth of his companion's arm as memories flooded his mind of a 'dinner party' that he'd once held. There too, a woman had been in his arms, although she had been far less eager and willing. How he missed that moment of breathing in her fear.
The vampire's mismatched colored eyes slid to watch the dancers off in the distance, just as his body took over. His mouth slid across her throat, arms pulling her more tightly against him. She'd have to die of course... he had no need of a lovestruck vampire following him around. But it was no matter, she'd be back to work in a day's time, not too much the worse for wear.
In his current state, lazily losing himself to his environment. The Pureblood disregarded any sense that another vampire had entered the club. It was a common thing anyway, and they were rarely ever worth his notice.
