Yeah, Korra hadn't thought about that before picking this spot, but she managed to work something out with the manager so that Jinora and Miles could hang out. Just until 9 PM.

Korra catches sight of him from the middle of the dance floor and jumps up. "Hey Miles!" She jogs over, beaming. "Glad you could make it!"
