Meyer's pleasantly surprised at how well Theo's doing. He didn't think the guy had had any experience with card dealing before he got this job, although he could do the basics just fine, but he's a quick learner, and so far, he hasn't messed anything up badly enough for Meyer to say anything.

As he makes his rounds, he passes by Theo, nodding his approval, then gesturing for Theo to come talk to him as soon as he gets a break. He likes to know everything that's going on, no matter how minor.
