She doesn't even see it as a question. There is no making relationships with the people who are native to the City. You work with them, drink around them, spend time with them, but ultimately they are forgettable and boring. Saya doesn't know why that is. They simply are.

"I mean in terms of what the Nazis would have considered bad. They spoke German well, I suppose that's commendable."
