Meyer doesn't kid himself that he's the biggest drug business in the City, but he's pretty sure he has staying power, assuming he sticks around long enough to see his plans out. Nobody intends on disappearing, but him least of all; he's got longterm business plans, and like anyone else, he's trying to find his niche in the City. The casino is something, but it's not challenging enough, and it certainly doesn't bring in enough money.
