There's no costume for her this year which is out of character for Angela, but who'll judge her when there's a decent amount of people skulking around without one already. It's bad enough the City ruined her birthday a few days ago with the corn maze and a gaggle of witches. She suspects nothing will go decently enough tonight, just because this is the City after all, but still, Angela is Angela and she's sunny enough to be carrying a sack full of candy to give out to any kids she runs into. No need to ruin the holiday for them, after all.
