The clap on the back just sets off another round of coughing, but after a few moments, the coughing turns into laughing. "So tell me, are you trying to kill me, or entertain me?" It really could go either way, considering how much that had burned, but he's pretty sure he's taking it as a form of entertainment, which is impressive in it of itself. When he'd first showed up in the City, there's no way he would've let loose this much with anyone, and if someone had told him that he'd be celebrating Al Capone's birthday like this, well, he'd've laughed it off.
His eyes do go to where Al's fumbling in his pocket, and he raises an eyebrow slowly. "Let me guess," he says, "You've got something else planned."
