Just as Rose's hand is about to touch the door knob, she hears his words and freezes noticing that she's naked. She turns and gives her husband a look before snatching the covers from him and wrapping herself with it. She answers the door only this time it's a bloke and Rose is giggling. She takes the tray and dismisses the server. With the door closed she turns back to the Doctor with a grin.
