30 November 2013 @ 02:51 pm
When: November 30th.
Where: Home
Rating: PG-13
Characters: R and Julie
Summary: R (R!) tries to talk to Julie. There is also a cat.

R was holding a cat. Paintbrush. He had been working on saying her name, but it wasn't going so well yet - in his mind. He really was getting better. But he didn't want to stumble over the name, so he was merely holding the confused kitten out. Toward Julie.

Julie. Who had been silent for so long since coming home. Who hadn't wanted to talk about what she had seen, or been through. Julie, who had left and come back - he still didn't know how. The same way he had come, no doubt.

Mpw hew as trying to get her to talk. WIthout talking. By holding a cat out.\

"Julie..." he added after a moment, to at least catch his attention. Look. Look at the cat. It's cute. Look at the cuteness and melt. So that he can talk to you. It's a bad plan, perhaps - but it's the best one he's been able to come to since Julie left and returned...

30 November 2013 @ 04:46 am
When: November 30th.
Where: The Blue Light
Rating: PG-13 (will modify if needed)
Characters: Peter Rumacek, Roman Godfrey, Julie Grigio, Lydia Martin, and anyone with even a tangential relationship to any of them; if you can six degrees your way back, you have an invite. Or, hey, just show up at the OBVIOUS PARTY AT THAT BAR OVER THERE; almost no one gets turned away.
Summary: It's Peter's 18th birthday. He wanted a small affair at their apartment. There is music and banners and strings of lights and drinks and a giant birthday cake and nothing about this party is small. It might even be what Julie and Lydia had been insisting on: awesome.
Warnings: Bad language, teenage boys and feelings, disgruntled werewolves... TBD

What Happened to 'No Presents'? )

[ooc: general birthday party mingle log! Everyone is considered to have somehow gotten an invite or overheard an invite or whatever. Peter's friends are jerkfaces and intent on making this a birthday extravaganza. I'll try to hit up anyone that tags in sometime today. <3 People shouldn't let me write logs at 4AM.]

11 November 2013 @ 11:47 pm
When: Saturday Evening; November 9th
Rating: PG-13 just to be safe for drunk teenagers behaving badly
Characters: Peter Rumancek, Roman Godfrey, Julie Grigio and her kitten and maybe her zombie boyfriend?
Summary:Today sucked like woah so Peter is recruiting Julie and Roman into drinking and watching terrible movies about guys in suits that kill aliens. Following the threads here and here.

Peter said twenty minutes, and it's probably close to fifteen when he shows up, looking definitely worse for wear, and he's got two bottles of booze in one hand, and a bag that contains (among other things) a bag of butterscotch candies and a box of microwave popcorn. Julie has to movies and Roman is... Roman, so that should make for a good night. Probably not a particularly late night considering he is still fighting the urge to just curl up in bed and die, but movies, liquor, good company... it's enough for now, anyway.

He knocks on the door, leaning against the wall as he waits. Hopefully Roman will be here soon. They didn't come together; Peter had been off at Derek's, and then he'd been hiding in the woods, which wasn't cowardly in the least. So he's not quite sure where in the City he is, and he exhales, letting out a long sigh as he waits for the door to open or a ridiculously tall perfectly dressed jerk that Peter is unreasonably attached to.

02 November 2013 @ 08:56 pm

When; October 26th
Rating; PG-13 for zombies and crazy teenage dating.
Characters; R and Julie
Summary; Julie has a birthday. R brings her a present. Spoiler. It's a kitten.

There was a kitten in R's arms. He'd found it. That was pretty easy to understand. What he couldn't understand was why it had decided to firmly attach itself ot him, running its way around his shoulders and burrowing itself in its hoody before peeking out from inside the warmth of the coat. Were cats supposed to act like this? He couldn't remember the last time he'd seen one, actually.

Maybe Julie would know. He walked toward the house they shared, already turning over the question he would ask her.

I found a kitten. Is it supposed to like me?

I found a kitten. Should it hide in my hoodie?

I found a kitten. I think it wants to keep me.
