Yeah, sure. [ He waves over at Amy when he finds her. ] Ran outta projects, so I figured why not.

Glad you stopped being boring for long enough.

There ain't nothing boring about what I've been doing, pal. [ He's so bad at being awkwardly defensive. ] You got one'a them dance things coming up?

Really? Do tell, then.

[Flopping elegantly on the sand beside him now.]

For one'a the final projects I've been working, I had to build something with multiple functions, and naturally I went with a robot do does housework. Might as well get the chores done while getting a good grade.

[Guess who's hurrying over for a hug, Howard? You ready to catch a Charlie? You better be.] Howard!

[ He nearly isn't ready, but he knows her well enough, and at the last minute his arms are opening, wrapping around her. ]

Lena, sweetheart, I didn't think you'd be here.

I didn't either. [She's not a fan of water at all. Nope. But she's here because she likes being around her friends.] How's studying going?

[ He's a rascal, so when he tries to touch where he shouldn't, it's to be expected. He doesn't understand boundaries. ]

It ain't going too badly, got all my main projects in, and I'm good at remembering most'a the stuff. You be needing any help with yours?

[Charlie just calmly grabs his hands, pulling them away with an eyebrow raise. She shakes her head a bit.]Nah. I'm good. I have a personal project to work on for the schools entertainment but it's nothing to worry about. It's a surprise for everyone.

Hey, you. [ Looking up from where she's sitting in the sand, bottle in hand. ]

Pond. [ He doesn't care if there's not exactly an invite, he's going to plonk down next to her and snatch her bottle, take a drink, hand it back. ] Should'a known I'd see you here. What's going on?

[ Invitation enough, it's fine, it's fine. She's relaxed and more than a little tipsy, grinning at him. ] Where else would I be?

[ Hand waving around. ] Y'know. Just hanging. Howl and Clint got alcohol, and some other stuff.

Other stuff? [ He doesn't do other stuff, he doesn't want to rot his genius with it. ] Looks like you guys got yourselves sorted, and there's some pretty ladies here tonight.

Yeah. [ She may have had some already. Shotgunning weed is her favourite, okay. ] Good stuff, pretty people. Life's good.
