Shizune closed the door to her room, well; technically it was Kabuto's room. But she had a change of clothes in there, and she definitely needed to change. She hadn't done much today, chakra mostly exhausted from the use of medical jutsu the day before, and when Anko had offered a cold drink it had been a relief. She'd been a bit, well, rather surprised when the other woman had tripped. She'd never seen Anko trip on accident. But then again, something was off about the other woman today. She couldn't quite put a finger on it, but there was something. With a small sigh she stripped off her yukata, hanging the wet garment over a towel rack in the bathroom to dry and beginning to peel off the mesh shirt she wore under the thing, rummaging around in one of Kabuto's drawers. She'd known she'd put some clothes in there the other day.

Anko grinned, crouched in front of the door, one brown eye pressed to the keyhole. Dammit...a little to the left.... She didn't know WHY she suddenly had such a strong desire to not only see the other kunoichi in the alltogether, but to get an up-close and personal view of said birthday suit, but Anko wasn't one to question her own motives. No, she was the sort who set her sights on something and went after it. And she usually GOT what she wanted.

Shizune paused, hand stilling in the quest through stacks of neatly folded clothes. She thought she'd heard something near the door. A ninja, sensing a presence, she slowly crept over to the bedroom door, listening quietly. And then there was nothing. Shrugging, she returned to the drawers, finally coming up with another yukata, one of the ones that had popped into her closet that one day, and quickly dressed, coming back to the door and opening it smartly.

Anko held her breath, suppressing her chakra as she felt Shizune draw closer. She did NOT want to get caught, and even though she was a rank above Shizune, she wasn't prepared to underestimate the other woman's sharp senses. As such, when the door swung opened, she was suitably standing in front of it, holding onto another glass of lemonade. With a carefully-placed embarassed grin, she handed it to the dark-haired woman. "Here, I got you another one. Sorry for spilling it all over you earlier."

"Oh, thank you." Shizune was a tad surprised to see Anko so prompt with it, but she accepted the glass with a smile anyway. "And it's no problem; it wasn't that big of a spill anyway." She proceeded to the couch, curling up in one corner and taking a sip, releasing a small sigh of satisfaction. She was tired, tense, and the drink was just what she needed.

Dark brown eyes watched Shizune carefully, noting the slight smile that curled at the edges of the other woman's mouth. Anko fought the urge to lick her own lips in response to a few "select" thoughts that ran through her mind at all the potential things that mouth could do.

Shizune closed her eyes a moment, letting out a breath. She set the lemonade down on the table near the sofa and wrapped her arms around her knees, getting comfortable. But there was still something awfully... off, about Anko. And she still couldn't pinpoint it. "Are you sure you're alright?" She asked, noticing the other woman staring at her strangely.

Anko shook her head quickly in the negative. "No, no, no. Just thinking. I was just wondering are your shoulders stiff? Your posture seems a bit off, is all. Sorry, didn't mean to un-nerve you."

"No, no, I was just worried." Shizune replied just as quickly. At the question she put a hand to her shoulder, lightly feeling the muscles underneath. Tense? Yes. She nodded a few times, wincing a little from the feel of muscles bent over the earlier day, healing and healing until she couldn't anymore and Kabuto had taken over.

"Here, let me help. You learn a few things working with Ibiki in interrogation." Before Shizune could protest, Anko slipped across the couch with the easy fluidity of a serpent, settling herself next to Shizune. She placed long-fingered hands on the other woman's shoulders and began to knead the tight muscles.

Shizune was just about to protest, 'fine, fine, really.', but Anko moved to quickly and she arched back a little into the touch, a bit of a long sigh releasing. That felt good. "A-alright..." She answered, since the woman was already at work anyway. Her muscles were practically melting under the treatment, tension feeling from Anko's massage. "Mmmm..." was all Shizune could seem to get out.

Anko grinned to herself as she watched Shizune, mind already working overtime. Perfect, she's starting to relax. She carefully kept her eyes on Shizune's face, letting her moving fingers drift across the other kunoichi's shoulders and down to her collarbones. Anko was careful to keep them from going any lower, as she didn't want to arouse suspicion quite yet. She worked agile fingertips into the muscles, feeling the slight give as the tenseness gave way under her ministrations.

"Feels good..." Shizune murmured, shoulders dropping. Her eyes were closed, and she had a faint smile on her lips. It really was a welcome relief, and she had been rather tense. Not that Kabuto hadn't helped with that earlier that day, but... she corrected her mind and tried to think pure thoughts.

Anko smiled and nodded."Here, lean your head back. I can get to your neck better if I sit in front of you." She shifted around so she was sitting cross-legged in front of Shizune, fingers massaging the base of her shoulders and moving up the column of her neck. "You really ARE tense. But you did a great job yesterday. Really impressive."

"Okay." Shizune complied, tilting her head back to expose her throat, still making soft little contented noises in the back of her throat. She was still meaning to do some protesting, this felt kind of... awkward? But it just felt so good she figured it would be alright. It wasn't like Anko was going to try anything. At the compliments she smiled a bit. "Thank you. I couldn't keep going too long though, Kabuto had to take over later."

Anko nodded, eyes fixed on Shizune's exposed throat. It looked tasty... As her fingertips massaged tense flesh, she leaned in and pressed her lips to said tasty-looking spot, parting them slightly to allow her to have a taste.

Shizune paused in something she was about to say, before suddenly recoiling, looking down askance at the other woman. "Anko!" Her voice, however, came out in a more squeak that she intended, caught extremely off guard.

Anko didn't give her much time to say anything else as her lips crashed into Shizune's as she used the advantage of surprise to push the other woman back onto her back on the couch.

"Anko, I think that's quite enough!" Shizune managed to get out after wresting her mouth from the other woman's, not quite fighting back yet. She didn't want to hurt her, and she was quite sure this wasn't something she was doing on purpose. She caught sight of the clock on the wall, noting it was almost midnight. She hoped this would wear off, because if it didn't she would be quite perturbed.

Not one to be thwarted, Anko let go long enough to thread her hands together in a quick series of seals in front of her before she reached out and grabbed Shizune's wrists, pinning them down to the couch. From each sleeve slithered a red and black snake that wrapped around those same wrists, acting as an effective restraint. Anko smiled as she walked her fingers carefully down Shizune's arms. "Why are you fighting it? Don't you think I'd be at least as much fun as Kabuto? Hell, I bet I know more tricks then he does..."

"Anko, I really don't think you're..." She bucked a little bit, trying to shake the stronger woman off of her, frowning. "... and I really don't think it's quite fair to bring Kabuto into this!" She bit back a more scathing comment, knowing she'd regret it if this did turn out to be a curse. "Let go, Anko!"

Anko's mouth turned down in a pout that, had the situation been a bit more...consensual...would have been quite appealing to whomever it was directed at. Leaning in, she let out a disappointed-sounding whimper, bringing her lips closer to Shizune's ear. "But..I. don't. want. to...." Before she could finish her sentance, the clock struck midnight. Anko blinked a couple of times, expression changing. She pulled back slightly, brown eyes widening upon finding Shizune in such close proximity. Especially given the.....compromising...nature of their positions. Her eyes locked with the other woman's eyes for a moment as her face turned several sequential shades of red. Without much more warning, she took a deep breath and screamed.

Shizune abruptly covered her eyes with the back of a forearm, giving a thankful sigh. She took several deep breaths, extremely relieved that this was a curse. If it hadn't been... she didn't know what she would have done. "Anko... can you please get off of me now?" She asked, almost laughing at the sheer awkwardness of the situation.

Shizune barely had to say anything before Anko recoiled, stumbling back off of the couch to land on her backside on the carpet, backpedaling as fast as she could. The only thing that stopped her motion was the wall she banged into, though it was possible she might find a way through THAT as well.

Shizune sat up, slowly rearranging her yukata from where it had begun slipping off one shoulder. She closed her eyes for a moment, composing herself. "Anko." She said slowly. "It's alright, it was just a curse." She gave a few muffled mumbles, leaning back against the couch, more relieved that anything else.

Anko gulped back some of her embarassment and nodded, seeming far more like an embarassed teenager then the hardened kunoichi that she was. She raked a hand through dark purple hair, the motion hardly making a difference in it's spiky and uncontrolled appearance. "Just a curse.....what the hell sort of curse was THAT?"

"Hell if I know." It was a testament to how shaken she was that she cursed. Shizune hardly ever did that. She shook her head. "Probably made people uh... attracted to others." She waved a hand dismissively. "At least it's over." She didn't really know what to say.

Anko nodded again, trying to collect her dignity. She stood up shakily, adjusting her trenchcoat and glancing around. Man, I could use a drink right about now... "Uh...yeah. At least it is." She fidgeted a bit, staring at the ceiling, before clearing her throat. "Ah...Shizune..You know that I wouldn't...I mean, you're nice and all, but..."

"Yeah, I know." Shizune couldn't stop herself anymore, doubling over with soft laughter, shoulders shaking. "At least, I'd hoped so." She managed to get out, unable to stop laughing.

Shizune's laughter was infectious, and soon Anko was also giggling a bit. The giggling quickly turned to raucous laughter as she dropped to her knees on the carpet, arms around her midsection as she laughed along with Shizune.

"I'm glad... I'm not the only... one who... thinks this is... funny..." Shizune spoke around fits of laughter, one hand on her forehead and head shaking, trying to stop.

Anko shook her head, face bright red from the laughter. She finally managed to stave off the flow, leaning back against the chair and gasping for breath. "N..no. Once you get past the initial awkwardness of it, it's actually very amusing."

"You were really going there." Shizune pointed at the other woman, other hand groping for the lemonade. She found it and took a drink, swallowing and finally managing to stop laughing.

Anko nodded, taking a long swig of her own lemonade. "Yeah, it's weird. Almost surreal when I think back over it." She grinned at Anko. "I'm just glad that perv. Jiraiya isn't anywhere near here. You know if he was, that we'd have been on the cover of the next Icha Icha book."

"Oh god, don't say that!" Shizune almost spit out a drink of the lemonade. "He was here when I first got here, and he released another one of those horribly risqué books!"

Anko perked up, expression curious. "What, you mean there's a new one I haven't seen yet? Damn that bastard!"

"How'd I know you'd say that?" Shizune shook her head, taking a drink. "I don't know where you can get a copy, maybe someone in the City has one?" Her glance dove to the right and she rummaged around in the drawer next to the sofa, pulling out the worn Icha Icha book Anko had lent her. "And speaking of those horrid books..." She smirked. "Since you're the kinky one, you want to explain page thirty four?"

Anko blinked momentarily, surprised by Shizune's question, before she smiled and nodded, her face splitting into a very familiar grin. "Oh hell yeah, that's one of the best ones." Scooting over next to Shizune, she took the book from her and began explaining. In detail.
