Summary; Sakura and Naruto meet up with Sasuke near Cafe Juliet.

Sasuke let out a sigh as he stood outside the cafe, waiting patiently for his teammates to meet up with him. Even now, it took all of willpower to actually stay there and not leave like he wanted to, right that second.

Just being in this city was getting to him. He felt like he couldn't accomplish by just staying there, however long that may be. Naruto was here too, apparently older than him as well, that just pissed him off. In fact, it made him sick to his stomach, that Naruto was acting like he needed to be watched over like some kid. Just thinking about it, it was really irritating. Although, it did make him wonder what reason Naruto had to actually do that.

Sasuke looked up, seeing a couple of minutes had passed by he decided to another; if his teammates didn't show up by then, he thought he might as well just leave and go somewhere else.

"Hee!" The blond shinobi shot Sasuke a cheeky grin. "So it's true then! You really are the same age as Sakura-chan!"

Naruto edged closer so that he could examine Sasuke better, feeling - quite to his surprise - like he wanted to mimic Sakura and give the Uchiha a hug as well. It had been two and a half years since he'd seen Sasuke. Two and a half years of training under Jiraiya to rescue him from Orochimaru.

Two and a half.

He had missed him.

And what better way to celebrate their reunion than with some of that good old classic rivalry. "Haha, I'm taller than you now!"

From being hugged briefly by Sakura when the two of them arrived, he could only glare at Naruto as the blond spoke, edging closer to him. Even though Naruto was standing right in front of him, only older - this really was going to take a while for him to get used to.

"Yeah, yeah" he rolled his eyes, "Well, obviously you're taller than me since you're older now, idiot"

Cringing, Sakura sensed a fight in the near future. Luckily, she was still in between them, and warily rested a hand on both of their shoulders. "Guys, please don't start," she pleaded, looking back and forth between her two team mates. "We just got back together. Wait an hour, at least," she sighed, shaking her head.

It was probably pointless. Sasuke and Naruto usually fought whether Sakura wanted them to or not. They were like two extremely competitive brothers. However, with Naruto being older now, and a little wiser, maybe it wouldn't come to blows.

Though, it was pretty doubtful.

Were it not for Sakura's plea, Naruto would have hauled off and decked the little bastard right then and there. Understandably, given the time he had come from, he wasn't in the mood for Sasuke's attitude and he had trained for years for this moment. To have to deal with his insults after all the work he'd done, it was a bit much.

Nevertheless, he complied and did as he was told, for the most part. He couldn't help at least rolling his eyes.

And there they were. Team 7, back together as they should be. It was something for Naruto to be both happy and disappointed about at the same time; this wasn't his Sasuke. It wasn't totally satisfying.

Naruto would take what he could get.

"Well, now what? I say let's go get some ramen! I don't know about you guys but I'm starving!"

Somethings really do never change. Even if this Naruto was older than him here, he pretty much seemed to be same.

After his comment, hearing Sakura protest against their fighting he let it go. Sasuke wasn't in the mood to talk right now, or even argue with Naruto right then either.

"Whatever. That's fine with me" he shrugged.

Letting out a soft sigh of relief, Sakura smiled at them both. Crisis averted, at least for the moment. She was sure they'd start up again in about... five minutes or so, but at least she could feel relieved for a few moments. Frankly, she was a little surprised that they actually listened to her.

Grabbing one of both of their hands gently yet securely in her own, Sakura pulled them up beside her, happily in between them. "I don't think there are any ramen shops around her, Naruto," she rolled her eyes in amusement. "But we should get something to eat. I'm hungry too," she admitted, glancing towards the cafe. "What do you two want? Besides ramen."

Being pulled alongside Sakura with Sasuke on the other side of her, Naruto felt a little odd. Being able to look over - and down - at the top of their heads... this wasn't going to take some getting used to.

He gave Sakura's hand a secret little squeeze before frowning at her statement. "No ramen shops?! That's it! We've officially landed in Hell, that's what this place is!"

He sighed as Sakura grabbed his hand and pulled him along on one side of her, with Naruto on the other.

"Anything is fine," he said," Besides, ramen isn't the only food in the world that we can eat, there are plenty of other things"

"Why don't we try the cafe then?" Sakura glanced back and forth between the two boys, having to look up much higher to meet Naruto's eye than she was used to. She caught the hand squeeze and squeezed his hand back warmly.

"And we should find a place for the three of us to stay," she added, chewing on her bottom lip and turning away. "If... that's alright with you two, that is," she paused, raising her eyebrows.
