Log, finished
When; January 4th
Rating; PG-13
Characters; Kaku and Jyabura
Summary; Having conversation about this and that in their apartment after Jyabura has shown Kaku the important parts of the City
Log;
"So I heard you have a date tonight?!"
Jyabura was absolutely not able to hide a mocking grin on his face, considering that it was his 'fault' Kaku was stuck up in some kind of date with a completely unknown girl just on his second day in the City. But he meant it well, and it's the thought that counts, right? Making friends in that city was very important, especially now that one more of that filthy pirates had shown up.
He took another sip of sake out of a tiny bowl, leaned back into the sofa and gave Kaku a very amused look. "You better don't fuck this one up. She seems to have a lot of friends who care about the well-going of this date..." he grinned. Good Lord, he would kill to get the chance to watch them secretely having their date, but alas that was out of question. In the end he could really end up with a poodle cut...

"I don't ask from you that you start to like her or something. I had more time to think about that than you, much more. But killing her is no option to deal with it. She carries my child, after all. And you'd kill it with her." He started to scratch the scar across his eye, which was always a sign of insecurity.

"Oh my God," he said, "Whoever made this gingerbread, marry them right now."

"Stop kidding. I don't ever wanna hear again that you're willing to kill my children." He crossed his arms and tried to lie in his corner of the sofa as comfortable as possible. "Nor the girl I love."

It took him quite a while to get out of this mental state of a 15-year-old back to a man who was nearly 40. "She didn't betray me. I couldn't care less who the public enemy is, it's just a name, nothing more. I don't take it personal, you know? It doesn't matter, she carries my child. That's the point."

The redhead was feeling considerably more sympathetic. "Talk to her, see if she wants you to even be part of her kid's life. If not, well, that's just the way things will have to go, wolffy."

"She doesn't hate me. She likes me." He was sure about that, at least. You don't sleep with people voluntary you don't at least like. Well, there were people who didn't even care about that. But Robin wasn't that kind of girl. He hoped. "But I doubt that she loves me. Which is not that surprising, if you consider that I'm a CP9 agent, after all."
He sighed. Not being able to tell if she even liked him enough wasn't good. It was in fact quite wrong. "I guess you're right, then. Seems like I have to go on a date too, very soon." he said with rolling eyes.
