Log;

The 105th Arrancar was out for blood.

She wanted to kill, to main, to rip, and tear and disembowel. But she couldn't. With this truce in place, she still didn't know why, she knew Aizen-sama and the ones gathered here could take the shinigami without problems, she could do nothing. Had to "play nice" with the people she had been made to kill. It was almost unbearable. How Grimmjow and Ulquiorra were still sane she did not know.

The Privaron sported a few bruises still. Finger marks lined the delicate skin of her throat and arm, bottom lip slightly swollen, but it was hard to tell, they were full to begin with. Needless to say, Grimmjow had not been in the best of moods, but then again, they fucked, they didn't make love. Cirucci only shrugged, Golondrina already in her fingertips. Despite her confidant attitude, she was slightly concerned, though she'd never show it. She'd shed her wings, her feathers, before coming. ... She didn't know if she wanted them back or not.

The sun of the desert annoyed her, but the brightness usually did. The bare open of the desert vaguely reminded her of Hueco Mundo however, which comforted. However, she knew the minute she caught sight of Matsumoto-sama she would be filled only with rage.

Rangiku kept up her careful pacing; the cat stalking the bird. "Her creator named her. You have no say in such things. I don't need to defend her to you. She isn't the issue here, is she?" A wicked little smile crossed her features.

"I can't call my love, my lover by his name? Since when? If you'd been listening closely enough, you would've heard some moaning from him, too. He likes it when I suck on him, did you know that? Did Grimmy moan for you like that? I'm sure it wasn't anywhere near as heartfelt. After all, such things are usually better with someone you're in love with."

She stopped, absently tapping Haineko against her leg. "True... but the words after their dicks are satisfied are usually different. You were kicked out of bed like most whores are, but I was most welcome to stay. That's from the heart. Does it bother you that he says he loves me? That he wants me to be by his side?"

Rangiku shunpyo'd just out of the way, then straight at Cirucci, Haineko poised for a simple overhead strike. "I'm tired of you running your mouth, you little bitch." The blade flashed as she struck down.

The first few moves had told Rangiku some things she needed to know. She shunpyo'd away again, this time just off to the side of where Golondrina was aimed, her own hands raised as she murmured something under her breath. Bright red fireballs sped from her hands towards her opponent. "I'm not. I find I LIKE IT."

The unexpected smokescreen made her frown. She'd been working with Haineko long enough here in the city that her release didn't need to be verbally called upon. Instead, her hand snapped out and the blade disappeared into the cloud of ash that gave it it's name.

The minute particles sped through the smoke, homing on in their target. Rangiku made the mistake to pause and take a breath when Goldondrina appeared through the smoke, heading straight for her. With a bit of a start, she jumped off to the side, her hand helping her spring up from the ground. Her eyes were locked on the wheel now, and she wouldn't let it out of her sight this time.

The ash circled back to its hilt, the blade shining as it reformed. Haineko shared the little information she'd been able to see then went silent just in time for her to hear Cirucci's voice. Still semi-blinded by the lingering smoke, she carefully made her way into the cloud, following the noise.

A few murmured words brought a surge of reiatsu to her hands, which was then released into the smoke in front of her, right where Haineko had told her Cirucci was. The reiatsu arced, bright lightning in the smoke.

"You don't have the right to ask me such things."

Rangiku jumped back to a safe distance while she watched Cirucci. Guard up, she stood her ground, legs spread so she could move quickly if needed. Haineko rumbled a silent warning, and she nodded slowly, never taking her eyes from her opponent.

"I didn't say I couldn't talk about it. I just said it's not your right to ask."

Her hand clenched on Haineko's hilt. "I don't think so. They're both important to me, and I seriously doubt they'd want anything to do with the likes of you." Her own reiatsu flared up some, sending her hair rustling.

This time, no incantation was muttered. Her hands flung out in front of her, lightning arched from them to their target.

Rangiku held her ground, Haineko in front of her. With a silent command, the blade dissolved again, this time encircling Cirucci. The ash swirled in a cyclone around the Privaron, tempered to something harder than diamond by her reiatsu. "Shut up."

Rangiku narrowed her eyes, willing Haineko harder and closer. The material complied, glinting like ice as it tightened the spiral around the Privaron. No matter how close the blade got, she didn't sidestep until it was almost too late.

As it was, the thin blade sliced into the meat of her shoulder. Instead of a grimace of pain, there was a tiny smile. Her hand shot out and curled around Cirucci's, reiatsu flaring as she called it to her hands.

"Beyond angry."

A small mark started glowing on her chest, visible due to the low cut of her robes.

She could feel the power expanding; surging through her as her reiatsu flared, a silver-blue aura around her. A flash of pain shot down from her now bloody shoulder, but she pushed it aside and focused her will and power into the spirit of her zanpakutou. Haineko's particles glowed with bright white light before constricting around their target.

Rangiku reached into the light, hand grasping for the cero aimed at her. She was taking a risk, but with the extra power, she had to try.

A growl tumbled from her lips; half pain, half anger. Haineko answered it with a growl of her own, bearing down even tighter on Cirucci. The cero blast had been partially deflected by the extra reiatsu, but what was left had seared into her skin, making her grit her teeth. Her body swung around, aiming a vicious kick at the lower body of the Privaron.
