Summary; Someone has to tell Rose how Jenny even exists. Someone else has to eavesdrop
Log;
Rose is, quite frankly, glad she was on her way home when Jenny arrived in the City. She's not sure she could have continued to function at work. Right now, she's shocked, absolutely angry, hurt and she feels a bit guilty about all of that. Jenny seems sweet, like someone she'd get along with--will get along with. It's certainly not Jenny's fault that her father is a lying, man-slut--backtrack. She doesn't know that. She's got to give him a chance to explain himself, doesn't she? Of course she does. There's probably a perfectly good reason why he didn't tell her that between the time she got lost and the time she found him again, he had a daughter. She can't think of what that reason would be right now but...there's surely one.
In any case, she is pacing the living room, oh so beautifully painted like the console room of the TARDIS, and trying to come up with a rational, calm response to him.
Because rational and calm are words everyone uses to describe Rose Tyler

"She's bits of you. I get along with and even love all the bits of you."

'You do! That bodes well. C'mon then, you two ought to properly meet, not on the network, and not when one of you is angry with me. Preferably neither one of you ever will be again, but ahh wouldn't that be nice and utterly boring.'
no subject
"So you hopin' for me to never get angry again or wantin' it just when you're bored?"
[ooc: and I'm going to go ahead and put another thread down there open to Jenny or whomever with the proper introduction sort of thing. I'm curious as to how he's going to introduce her because I'm mean like that]

[..He was probably going to say 'Jenny this is Rose, even though you've already met', which is now a terrible let down. I honestly don't know.]
no subject
[Such a let down but that's okay. It does make the most sense.]
no subject
[ooc: perhaps I can get a 'and this is my -... rose. this is my rose.' type thing.]
