When; January 12th, Night
Rating; Pg-13, though with some danger.
Characters; Aizen
good_and_properand Tayuya
violentflutist.
Summary; Aizen briefs his new contract subordinate about following orders and the future.
Log;
As Tayuya entered the long, white hallways of Aizen's underground home, a voice rang out around her.
"Greetings, Tayuya. Please step into the main room. I shall be down momentarily."
Upon exiting the hall, a massive room sprawled around her. It was so white, it was almost blinding. There were several levels visible from the floor, and a large, wall-sized monitor where Aizen obviously made his posts. A single table with fruit stood at the center of the room.

He stood and walked around the table, using his reiatsu to bring up some sand from his zen garden nearby. It formed into the shapes of the different insignia's of different villages.
"A proper leader punishes to fit the crime, he doesn't needlessly waste subordinates, he weighs the odds and plans to prevent too many casualties, and is responsible for seeing that those beneath him all have their own place, which is hopefully NOT on an experiment table."
Another shape, this time of a tiger attacking a deer, and numerous other predator/prey moments.
"Unfortunately, every world seems to run by the natural law of survival. Kill or be killed. Nature, itself, is evil. Only leaders who can accept that sometimes it is natural to be malevolent can truly excel. It is a paradoxical existence, being a strong leader."

"Most of the villages don't carry out experimentations like Sound." Tayuya pointed out. "Take Konoha, for example. They're considered the kindest ninja village, and one of the most strong. They always assign medic-nin's to groups, they actually don't let their kids start missions till around twelve."

"So, sealing an uncontrollable beast into a boy is 'nice'? Training them at twelve years old is that much better than training them at six? Teaching young people that their main worth is as tools is 'honorable'? That's my point. They ALL use children as weapons, and they stay that way their whole short lives. They can live and die at the hands of one unstable leader. All it takes is one bad leader to break the village."
He took a bit of an apple and continued.
"Murder is murder, at least I don't try to dress it up. My arrancar ENJOY killing. They are natural predators, having long ago discarded their lives as humans. But at least I can turn their talents to good cause. I'm not forcing people into a lifestyle by teaching them their whole lives that it's what they're 'supposed to do."
"Think about it, Tayuya. With the right leader, the villages could have been united. They could have forgotten their warring ways. You, your enemies, you all could have grown up trading stories instead of blows. You could have had an enjoyable childhood. You could still be in the living world."

"And?" She finally asked, not liking the reminder of a broken spine on her mind. "Where is this going, Aizen Sousuke?"

He stood behind her and placed a hand on her seal.
"I will not punish arbitrarily and will not ask you to throw your life away. Plus THIS will be far more manageable. I will even personally train you."

"To what end would I be working for?" She finally asked, already not liking the idea of another master. ... Not now. Not yet. She'd been waiting so long for this freedom she had obtained. And yet she was used to servitude.

"I'll think about it." The ninja finally gave the former shinigami that.

He retook his seat and took an iced-tea of his own.
"That is all I wanted to discuss. Thank you, Tayuya."
