Summary; Bored and curious about his future Master, Girlycard pays Integral a visit with the worst timing possible.
Log;
After his meeting with Lacroix and not finding Arthur about, the feminine looking vampire decided to pay a visit to the Hellsing heir. Finding her was fairly simply, she had the same aura as Arthur, but he didn't feel the same attachment to her- the same compulsion to follow her orders.
Waiting until he found her seated at her desk. He leaned over her shoulder, peering at what she was working on and murmured, "Boo." In her ear, giving a rather wide grin before stepping back, straightening his white suit and blowing fluffy black bangs out of his eyes.
Integral noticed when Alucard emerged into her room, the temperature turned colder, she could see her breath. Even if she knew that he was there, the “boo” took Integral by surprise. It was unlike him to be so childish.
Glancing at the intruder’s direction, the Hellsing understood of the purpose of the unusual antic. She lifted an eyebrow to the past version of her servant then closed her laptop, studying him with mild interest.
“Good evening, Alucard. Does my father know you are visiting?”
"Your father is otherwise occupied, though I think he would not object to my meeting the heir and future master," And gave an innocent smile, "As well as the one I was locked up." A pause and then, "What are you doing?" Stretching out the last word in a childish manner.
He was well aware that he was acting the innocent boy and not the rather old vampire that he was, this guise was purposeful. Offsetting to those that observed long enough. One grew more relaxed and honest. As well as a bit more indulgent if Arthur Hellsing was any proof of it.
“You will meet me in decades. Be patient,” Integral pointed out, feigning to be uninterested on the past version of Alucard. She was but she had the feeling that this conversation would not do any good to them. “Nothing of your concern. Adult matters.” She frowned at the curiosity.
Integral picked up her nearly finished cigar and inhaled it. “You should return. My father will be wondering where are you by now. Walter too.”
"Walter has asked I give him time and I am respecting that. As for Arthur, I left a note," Girlycard replied, then smiled and slid up on the desk, watching the closed lid of the laptop. "You were doing something. Why not tell me, unless it is a secret?"
Then paused, "I should like to know whether it is worth it to meet you at all. Arthur is here, Walter is here, why should I not stay?" Then half smiled at her, swinging his feet. "I'm not sure what I should do."
“I can’t disclose confidential matters to you,” informed Integral with a harsh voice then exhaled the smoke on his face when the vampire slid on the desk. She picked up her precious belongings and set them away from him.
He did not know how that hurt her. But Integral was too stoic to show. “Do what you want as usual. Stay if that makes you and Walter happy,” she pointed out when midnight struck. “You don’t love me as I do.”
Her eyes widened, shocked at the admission of her secret insecurity.
Girlycard blinked at that and tilted his head, half smiling, "You love me? In the future?" Then fully smiled, looking off at the opposite wall, "I think I will return, then, to my time. I- it's just hard. Knowing I did everything right and will be locked up anyway."
"Would you lock me up? Are you indulgent? A friend?" Girlycard asked, looking at her again, reaching out to touch her nose with one gloved finger. "Don't worry, I won't tell him. Though perhaps I should. If only to find out whether I do love you or not."
Integral was astonished, she couldn’t stop herself from admitting the truth. She could not control the urge to spill her secrets. “I always despised what my father did to you, locking you up. When we met, I curled next to you, you were a corpse, I thought he condemned us both to die there. I still love my father but… that was cruel of him.”
She bit her tongue and stood, trying to leave the room before she had a chance to answer the other questions. What was wrong with her? A curse?! This must be a city curse! Bloody timing.
"Why are you being so open?" Girlycard asked, suspiciously as he followed her. He could taste that she wasn't lying, she seemed sincere and regretful after her words were spoken, that she had admitted them.
And he was wary. Of course she wanted to preserve her own existence. And yes she might have loved him, but did he love her? That was something he would have to find out as well. Though. . she seemed kind.
“Because I am cursed!” Integral replied with exasperation, glaring at the stalking vampire. “Stop following me. I don’t want to speak with anyone until midnight when this is over,” she pointed out.
She hated to not have no control over her own words when it came to secrets. She enjoyed her intimacy too much to have honest hearts to hearts.
"Cursed?" Girlycard asked. No one had explained the curse system to him, after all, so he was a bit out of sorts. "Then don't speak of anything you don't wish to, hmm? I bet you were an adorable little girl. Did I take this form with you to. . play?"
And gave a wide cheshire grin, wondering if they played "doctor" and "experiment" together.
“Didn’t my father explain you?” Integral asked with a sigh. He always left her the hard job, didn’t he? “The people of this city sometimes are cursed by thematic spells that force them to act, look or say things against their wills.” She frowned. “No, but he took that form in the City to kiss me when a curse affected my sexual orientation.”
She entered to her room and slammed the door on Alucard’s face. She was irritated to admit that aloud.
The door slammed through him and he stepped into the room, following her. She couldn't order him away and he wasn't in the mood to give up yet. "You're angry. I'm sorry. . you may ask me something in return?" The vampire offered.
Then trotted straight to her bed and sat up on it, forming a picturesque pose as he watched her.
He had the cheek to follow her inside and there wasn’t anything she could do. If she called Alucard (her Alucard) would only make things worse. “I don’t want to know your secrets, because I’m pretty certain they involve my family or Walter,” Integral pointed out.
She sat on the chair, watching him sprawl on her bed. “Leave if you want to make me a favor.”
Rolling over onto his back on the bed, the vampire smiled up at her, "I don't want to leave. I rather like being around you. You're cold. And angry. But nice." And sat up a bit, righting his position to watch her straight on.
“I have to sleep,” Integral said, “Alone.” She glanced at the clock. It was early, just few minutes past midnight but the curse was making her have a migraine.
Girlycard tilted his head and opened it's arms, "Come lay with me for a while and then I will go. I promise to behave." Giving her an earnest smile.
Integral looked at him, considering the idea for a minute. “Stay there if you want. I will take a walk.” She rose, still glancing at the vampire. “I am not one of your many conquests, Alucard.”
"Cruel!" He replied, crossing his arms over his chest, but smiled, "But I think I will rather like you in the future." Then laughed and slipped back into the shadows.
