Log::Complete

When; Feb 11th sometime at night.
Rating; PG-13
Characters; Lobsel Vith, Fox Mulder, and anyone else who ventures to show up.
Summary; Mulder has been revived, but damage done by the red God will have to be healed by the Yellow God.
Log; So he wasn't dead after all. A bemusing and curious thing that while Henry Townshend was gone, Mulder had been resurrected. When hearing of it, the Yellow God sensed a great despair going on with Mulder.

Despair, that was everywhere lately. Seemed as if though people preferred to kill instead of love. She sighed to herself, knowing what she would have to do. Out in the middle of the park, (for see this is where she's made her home.) she willed herself into a small fire, and then willed herself outside of room 302 as a tiny flame. She could sense Mulder there, knowing well that she'd have to be careful in revealing herself.

Flame ontop of flame till she was flesh, and she made her presence known to Mulder.

Closer Jan got to Henry's old home, the heavier his heart felt. Trugged-up the stairs, coming to stand at the door of 302. Last time he was here it was to leave some laudanum. Henry had been havin trouble sleepin cause of headaches.

Shit.

Shook-off the feelings of sadness, then stepped-in.

She hadn't been too far from the building when she had read that this "deity" (if it could even be called that, yet.) was going to attend to a man that apparently had been killed, but then brought back? This was just way too absurd for the detective.

Still she was curious about this deity, wanted to see what all the commotion was about. Heading into the building, climbing up the stairs she stopped short on the third floor when she noticed a man wandering the halls in an utterly disgruntled fashion.

Then there was the lady standing in the fire.

Mulder had gone a day or so ago to find out more about the cult. He knew visiting Walter Sullivan was likely to be a dangerous affair, but he had years of FBI work behind him. He'd dealt with all kinds of strange before.
He'd honestly thought he could handle this.

The last thing he'd probably expected was to wind up decapitated, killed perhaps just out of curiousity and for fun by Sullivan.

His head had been sent as a 'gift' to scare Alessa Gillespie and Father Vincent.

His body had still been in 302 when the city had revived him.

Walter had learned all kinds of things about Xuchilbara by taking Henry's essence. One of the many things he knew was that Xuchilbara had once hypnotized Mulder into an amnesiaced trance, and had left a catchphrase so that he could do it to the agent again any time it amused him or he got too close to learning some cult secret or threatened Alessa.

Walter said the catchphrase, and booted Mulder out of 302.

The agent was wandering the halls. He was cold- the revived dead never did quite regain the body temperature of the living- and he was confused. Even if the transition from death to rebirth wasn't disorienting enough, now he'd had a big chunk taken out of his memory again.

Mulder wandered right past whoever else was in the hall, uncomprehending.

He was barely able to form words when hit with Xuchilbara's spell, and his body did not feel right to him at all.

"...cold..." was all he said.

Without a word the vampire took-off his trench coat, drapping it over the other man's shoulders.

Not likin the cold, he was in the habit of layerin when needed. Stuck his hands inside the pockets of the black leather jacket worn under the trench. The hallway was fuckin cold.

[identity profile] m1jac0ge0.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 06:46 am (UTC)(link)
That sure snapped him out of it.

He screamed, tripped over his feet, tripped over the length of Jan's coat, and sprawled ungainly on the floor.

Realizing only that he was laying down, he curled over on his side.

He was shivering. No body heat, after all.

Lilly watched as that woman had started following that guy around, and then watched in utter disbelief as the woman touched the man with a large flame.

"You don't do that with a person. What the hell is wrong with her?" Lilly said to herself.

She would have done something, but something about the situation told her to let it be.

No matter how difficult that may be.

[identity profile] ex-janvalent852.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:03 am (UTC)(link)
Dead-alive guy gone fetal on the floor, woman claimin to be a god sproutin flames, and a 6ft4" dark-skinned yellow eyed pierced vampire. All standin in the hallway outside of a psycho killer's apartment.

The newbie didn't hardly bat an eye to any of it. Jan was impressed and wonderin if she was a cop or something. How else could she be handlin this weird shit?

[identity profile] blue-rush.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:19 am (UTC)(link)
She noticed the tall dark skinned man, but thought nothing of him. His yellow eyes could have just been contacts.

[identity profile] ex-janvalent852.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:39 am (UTC)(link)
Studyin her out of the corner of his eye, Jan realized who the newbie was. Seein somebody in person verses their icons, sometimes took a little time mentally switchin from 2D to 3D.

Remembered something from their earlier online conversation. Bein causal as fuckin possible, he made eye-contact. Flashed a smile, white teeth dazzling against the dark-skin and gold lip rings. Fangs he usually kept half unsheathed for effect, slowly comin all the way out. Felt his mouth elongatin to accomodate their full length.

For a minute, he probably looked like a humanized feral cat. Then quickly he resheathed the fangs back to half-exposed, everything revertin back to normal.

[identity profile] blue-rush.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:42 am (UTC)(link)
The detective noticed this, but after the bizarre shit that had just happened suddenly a vampire, real or not didn't phase her much.

She suddenly realized that by staying here she'd have to abadonned alot of her own beliefs out the window.

[identity profile] m1jac0ge0.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 06:54 am (UTC)(link)
All of Lobsel Vith's actual words were completely lost on him.
Too bad Lyra wasn't there, she may have been able to explain how in the past when this had happened Mulder'd barely been able to remember his own name, let alone converse.

Perhaps Jan would be able to enlighten the fire god, or perhaps this stranger might be able to access the type of shock Mulder was in?

As for Mulder himself, he just kinda laid where he was, and groaned a little, rocked himself back and forth.

He was out of it.

[identity profile] blue-rush.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 06:59 am (UTC)(link)
The guy for some reason couldn't talk, but Lil could feel that this guy really needed help. She didn't have much faith in deities, but nevertheless.

"Ma'am, I think you better stop asking questions and just do something for the man."

[identity profile] m1jac0ge0.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:05 am (UTC)(link)
Maybe a little too relaxed.

Mulder fell sound asleep and started snoring.

[identity profile] m1jac0ge0.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:30 am (UTC)(link)
For awhile, no reaction.
Mulder snored on.
Finally, a moment of apnea. His breath hitched, he sort of half coughed, half gasped, and woke up.

Looked up to see Lobsel Vith.

"um...hi."

[identity profile] blue-rush.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:29 am (UTC)(link)
Now the Detective was getting scared. She was watching while that woman had first uttered some weird arcane bullshit that had actually relaxed the guy into a deep sleep, and now she witnessed as the woman was spouting off some weird nonsense about Fire burning blood, and faith healing.

A sickening thought came to Lilly. George would have really loved this woman.

[identity profile] m1jac0ge0.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:32 am (UTC)(link)
His vision was blurry, but he caught the suit first.

"...scully?" he asked hopefully, but no, she wasn't.

Finally he realized he'd been lying on the floor, and tried to get up.

[identity profile] blue-rush.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:39 am (UTC)(link)
Her doubts though still abound decided to hide themselves. Whatever that woman had done had worked. This man was doing alot better than previously, she heard him ask "Skully?"

Who was Skully?

"No, I'm Rush. Detective Lilly Rush."

[identity profile] ex-janvalent852.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:41 am (UTC)(link)
"Hey welcome back." Jan grinned, easily pulling-up Mulder to his feet.

[identity profile] m1jac0ge0.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:41 am (UTC)(link)
"I'm um...yeh, I guess I'm..." he winced. Laying there as he had his limbs had stiffened a bit.

There was a difference between being alive, and coming back from the dead, and he was just starting to feel those differences.

"How long was I...?"he glanced around. realized they were still in Walter's building.

He looked worried, as though scared the killer was going to open the door and pull him back into that horrible room.

"I need to get out of here," he muttered.

[identity profile] blue-rush.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:43 am (UTC)(link)
"What happened to you Mr. sorry, what's your name?" Lilly asked.

[identity profile] m1jac0ge0.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:47 am (UTC)(link)
He was grateful for the hand up from Jan.

Something was still wrong. Something...he couldn't put his finger on it.

He tried to sort of sense what it might be, but he couldn't.

The woman was asking his name.

Instinct made him reach for his badge and that's when he figured it.
Heartbeat.
No heartbeat.
His hand stayed for a moment upon his chest instead've finishing the reach for the wallet in his breastpocket.

He frowned.

"Where did it go?" he asked, to no one in particular.

[identity profile] m1jac0ge0.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:48 am (UTC)(link)
"Oh, yeah. Don't need to tell me twice."

He was the first to hurry towards the stairwell.

[identity profile] blue-rush.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:52 am (UTC)(link)
"Wait! Hold on, why do we need to get out of here so soon? Where exactly are you going?!" Lilly ran after the guy following him closely.

[identity profile] m1jac0ge0.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:53 am (UTC)(link)
"Killer. Apartment 302." Mulder looked at her soberly. "You do NOT! want to go in there."

[identity profile] blue-rush.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 07:59 am (UTC)(link)
Now she had heard everything. First vampires, robots, deities, and now a killer was convinced that an apartment was his own mother, who in turn was God?

The detective had heard some crazy shit on the force including the words of a man who thought himself to be the God of the woods; but this right here took the cake.

Still she followed the two "people" outside.

[identity profile] ex-janvalent852.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 08:14 am (UTC)(link)
With a shrug and amused grin on his face, the vampire followed after them.

After all the fucked-up shit that had happen, it was nice havin something good for a change. Ok Mulder wasn't exactly alive like he was before but he sure as shit wasn't dead-dead.

Jan was more than willin to take whatever 'good' he could get right now. Made dealin with Henry's permament death, Millennium's threats and all that other shit a little easier to deal with.

[identity profile] m1jac0ge0.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 08:09 am (UTC)(link)
He was shaky, and he was unsure what to make of his new state of being, and remembering things that he really wished he hadn't been put through, let alone was having to remember now.

What Mulder wanted more than anything was to get back to his own apartment.

"I...I think I'll be alright." he said to the others.
"I just want to go back to my place now."

[identity profile] blue-rush.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 08:13 am (UTC)(link)
Lilly stared at the woman, and finally answered. "Detective Lilly Rush."

[identity profile] blue-rush.livejournal.com 2007-02-12 08:18 am (UTC)(link)
The detective stood slightly dumbfounded by this. What did she mean that she'd be watching her? That pissed Lilly off to no end, and with that she too left to explore the City.
