Summary; Octavius, new to the city, gets lost in the streets after dark. Jed finds him, then shows him around the city.
Log;

The streets were dimly lit by the streetlamps that framed the road. The Spartan sat on a park bench, tired from walking in circles for hours since he had first arrived in the city. He wasn't sure where he was, what anything was, and; due to the curse and his slightly out-of-character actions, who he was.

Octavius tried to think back to when he was in the diorama room of the Museum. What did he do wrong that made him end up here? Up until now, he was convinced it was all Jed's fault. He was the only one who ever did anything to humiliate him in front of the other miniatures, but they were supposed to be friends now.

The miniatures, Octavius didn't feel so small anymore; not here in the city. Everything felt life-sized, including himself. He felt like he fit in a lot more than he did with the vast occupants of the Museum.

He looked up at a flickering light, it cast dark shadows on his face, underneath his helmet. He didn't have a place to go for the night, so he'd sit and wait until morning when the streets were busier...or until someone showed up.

Jedediah really hoped the Roman hadn't gotten himself into too much trouble while Jed was out looking for him.

He glanced at every passer-by, and scanned those around for a Roman outfit.

He was more relieved than he would care to admit when he saw said Roman sitting on a bench under a flickering street light. He stuck his hands in his pocket and meandered over, stopping right next to the bench.

"Hey. Aint yew in the wrong part'a the museum?" he asked in a cowboy drawl, lightly joking.

Jed only raised an eyebrow at the "alone" comment, but after a moment, smiled.

"Got a point thar, pardner." He slung an arm around the slightly taller man's shoulders. "Howsabout I show yew 'round th' City? Howzat sound?"

"Lots!" Jed stated, a grin making its way onto his face. "Since it's dark, we may'swell go down ter the Underground...I shoulda invited Faye along, too. She would've liked ter go, though I think she was affected terday so..." He shook that thought off and steered his comrade in the direction of the Underground.

However, a smirk came onto his face. "Unless...yew don't think yer brave enough."

Jed laughed at the determination in Octavius's voice. "Chill out, Octavius, I wuz jokin'." He did, however, slow down a bit. "Although...It might not be best ter go there dressed as yew are."

Jed raised an eyebrow. "Thar ain't nuthin' wrong wit mah bandana, pardner. I'm jest sayin' that yew stand out a bit more than yew should."
