Log;ongoing-Wake for Henry T.
When; now, I suppose.
Rating;we shall see.
Characters;whoever arrives; open
Summary;Better late than never; a wake for the late, lamented Henry Townshend.

Log;
Long overdue had been the wake for Henry, and Vincent blamed himself for this.
In actuality, he'd only laid too despondent and depressed to do anything about it for a short while, after which a rash of curses, and Rue's heart shard had happened.
Better late than never, Vincent figured, as he set up the candles, and a few of Henry's photos.
Most of them were scenery; Henry had loved the forest and the ocean near the house. The one Vincent had set up at the center of the table display was one Henry had taken of himself with a timer; there was an almost surreal look to the lighting, and the fact he'd taken it with black and white film, as though it had been taken in a different era.
It hadn't been so long ago, and yet for Vincent it almost felt like forever.
The weight of the loss of his friend, brother, crush still weighed heavily upon him.

Then she looked up and spotted Stanley there. "Fuck. What is he doing here?"
It wasn't that she wasn't happy to see him. She loved him dearly, but his presence would only bring disharmony.
